The customer service is always good. They make you feel welcomed and so appreciative of your business. They are always our “go to” for pizza and wings. “I wasn't sure what to expect from this place. Our family just stopped in because we were starving and our hotel was across the street.
The food was excellent. They make pizza, burgers, and Phillys. My pizza was SO good! My family said the burgers were great.
Staff is friendly. And there's a pool table while you wait for your food!“

“I don't know where to start with Mr. Ventrys. It was great on Pierce Avenue, when it was both locations, and it's still going strong solely on The Blvd. I have RARELY encountered a restaurant that is consistent EVERY SINGLE TIME. You crave what you got the last three times? It will be JUST AS GOOD the fourth time you order it. Consistency is so important when running a business; It shouldn't depend on who is working that day, what mood the cook is in, etc... This is how you do it. Serve amazing food, exactly as ordered, every time. I have never been disappointed by Mr. Ventrys, and I had to write a positive review. Thank you!“

“ordered take out pizza and chicken fingers tonight in lockport. there was a small miscommunication with our order when we came to pick it up. Scott was amazing and made it right. not only did he offer to make it right but wanted to make sure I was happy with what was offered. “Well, I stumbled upon this place as a hidden gem. The ambiance in the restaurant is fantastic. They have an open kitchen concept, which is significantly cleaner compared to most franchises.
I tried their Mexican pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Both were delicious, but the meat substitute options are limited. As a result, I had to use the remaining toppings for the pizza instead of a meat substitute.
The taste of the pizza needs to be acquired as you’re accustomed to traditional pizza.
There’s ample parking, and the staff is friendly.“

“It is tradition stopping for a slice or bread when out. The shop may have changed hands but the food honors those memories. The people are friendly and welcoming.
