ordered take out pizza and chicken fingers tonight in lockport. there was a small miscommunication with our order when we came to pick it up. Scott was amazing and made it right. not only did he offer to make it right but wanted to make sure I was happy with what was offered. "I want to make sure you leave happy" we love papa Leo's food and amazing customer service. keep up the great work!

Papa Leo's Pizzeria is a popular spot for families and pizza enthusiasts. Their hot and delicious pizzas, perfectly cooked wings, and mouth-watering breadsticks are well-known. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness, adding to the flavor. Friendly staff make sure customers feel welcome and enjoy their meals, whether dining in or taking food away. The pizza is often praised for its toppings, with some customers enjoying the sweet sauce and cup n char pepperoni. However, some recent experiences mention that wings can be greasy and not extra crispy, and toppings could be placed closer to the edge. Despite mixed reviews, Papa Leo's remains a favorite for many looking for tasty pizza and friendly service. Customers appreciate the quick service and the option to get their food to go, as the small space is best suited for takeout.
