“We came from Brampton to Niagara and visited this place. The time we spent there was great, and the staff was very good. There was a turbaned staff member on the night shift who took our order in a very professional and friendly way. The service was excellent, and the food was also really good. “All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“

“I love Dunkin’ Donuts. I go there every day, but this particular location the staff is so nasty. I don’t understand why they are rude and disrespectful to their customers when simply asking for a napkin or ketchup, they need to do better.“

“Me and my fiancé stopped in for a coffee and Wendy Kramer helped us and we weren’t sure what to get and she helped us out so much and she’s super friendly she made us one of the best coffees we’ve ever had. “I ordered some Munchkins and some breakfast items. The Munchkins were fine, but I did find it odd that they were all different sizes - some were really small but other were normal sized.

The breakfast food was good, hot and fresh.

This store has only one kiosk when it needs more, as it gets pretty busy.“
