It was the best breakfast and wishbone ever had!!! She was so helpful and made my visit and my day start out so much better!!! “We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

“SUPER NICE staff. They have a standing promotion of buy a large coffee get a free donut. I was thinking you'd get a run of the mill glazed donut, but not at DiCamillo's! You get your choice of several of their yummy donuts - I posted a picture of all of the choices. Will be back if I'm in the area!“

“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“Just went here yesterday morning; lady there who took my order was really nice! Very cooperative! I give it 4 stars because of various reasons. They did not have a kiosk option to order so therefore, I had to sit down and look on the app of what I wanted for my breakfast. I then get my order which was a bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant with extra bacon, a chocolate frosted donut, and a large iced french vanilla coffee with extra cream, and extra liquid cane sugar. My croissant kinda looked charred on the outside and I am not too sure if they even added the extra bacon. However, my food was still good and I will likely come here again!“

“I am typically a daily morning customer around 645am and there are three particular employees that deserve recognition for the friendly service they provide on a daily basis. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the young male manager and young girl drive thru attendant (I believe her name starts with a J) but I do know that the other worker is a young man named Kam. I just feel it is necessary to recognize and commend their friendly attitude and service that I receive every morning. I hope that your company will treat them well to maintain their loyalty and hard work and that they may be rewarded in the very new future as they truly deserve it.

“For the second time at the tim hortons on mckinley and southwestern in a row the girl in the drive through was Sara. She was so bubbly, friendly and very good. She had made it not a chore to go through the drive through. Not like many of the curmudgeonly ones I come across(not just Tim Hortons by the way). I just wanted her to get recognized for the great job she is doing.“

“This particular Tims on Union road in cheektowaga near Walden Ave has an amazing team I've come too know going through multiple times a day first with my Pittie Emma after the loss of her continuing to come through now with my new pittie mix 🐻 bear.. Super friendly and outgoing even on bad days or busy ones .. I run my own business and have managed many big places , just know you have good people here , earning an honest living with great attitudes with clientele. This is my favorite Tims too frequent.“

“Food was normal Tim Hortons fare, with almost attentive service, but the location really struck me with the width of the aisle which, even though I’m not in a wheelchair anymore, it is still something I notice. Restroom had two restrooms, each was shown on door as being three kinds which really impressed me. Family/Female/Male for both was completely outside my norm so was thrilled to share how very clean and more than big enough for a wheelchair. And enough space to access the restroom too with wider than normal aisle.“
