Love this Tim Hortons, always very accommodating especially when I make an app mistake. They are very kind to my two labs as well. They go above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed thru the drive thru. Also I have worked through entire pandemic and so have they! Thank you for staying open.
I went through drive through window on Sunday and ordered 4 coffee's I asked the window operater if i could have them in a carrier tray and a paper bag due to the fact that im disabled cant walk and need a wheelchair for transport. And the coffees sometines tip or fall out of tray carrying them. The bag holds them in place. I was told that they couldnt give bags out. I wanted to speak to thr manager for hrlp. She also told me they dont give bags. Now in past with a different manager...read full review
