I come to this location often when i’m in the mall and I was treated poorly today after ordering 2 drinks. Got my drink right away, and waited 12 minutes before asking about the next one, and was rudely cut off and told to “just wait” by an asian girl who works there. I then waited a total of 25 minutes while people were coming and going with their drinks, I then asked someone else and they made my second drink. Asian girl was extremely rude and entitled. She needs a hobby. Nobody in customer service should give such an attitude and the fact that 2 people have to wait 25+ mins for their drinks while other people come and go is crazy. Worst experience in any fast food/dining I ever had. No reason to be getting all sassy for actually having to do the job you chose to get.
What a great establishment ! I came in last second to grab a treat on my way out the mall and I didn’t even think I would get served coming in last minute. Sierra instantly greeted me openly with no problems to almost closing. Took the time to explain all the treats while guided me to see what I wanted as a drink.
