P.F. Chang's Reviews
Consistently good food and service.
Food was good after we waited over an hour to get it. Our PadThai was taken by another server so we had to wait until they made another order. It was our first time there in a few years but this mix up was unacceptable without any offer of compensation. Our server just kept apologizing. She was also taking care of way too many tables and was not as attentive as she should have been. My water was not refilled until after I called her over, she never came to check how our meal was....read full review

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant that offers a variety of dishes, including gluten-free options. The atmosphere is relaxing, with a nice looking bar. While some meals are praised, others receive criticism. The server is described as fantastic, with one bartender going out of her way to ensure a wonderful experience for guests. The Pork Egg Rolls, Chicken Fried Rice, and Veggies Lo Mein are enjoyed and leave plenty of leftovers. The new Pad Thai dish with tofu and egg is great, but a version with chicken is disappointing due to dry and stringy chicken. The combo dinner with soup, lettuce wraps, and spicy chicken is tasty, and many customers appreciate the food. However, there have been some issues with reservations and hospitality, as one guest noted a lack of acknowledgment for a special occasion. Wonton soup is also praised, but with tough chicken pieces.
