“Always love coming to Golden Hill! This is my fourth time coming here, l've come alone and brought friends too! The service is always wonderful and the restaurant itself is small and peaceful. My go-to dish is the Tom Kar with shrimp, it's comforting and the flavor is delicious. The sautéed string beans are a must, they're seasoned to perfection! Also got the Szechuan style sliced fish and I would recommend if you like spicy food. I’ve also went basic and gotten orange chicken and crab rangoons and they were both very satisfying and flavorful! Surprisingly, I've never witnessed it being busy but they're always getting phone calls and preparing takeout orders so l assume that's where most of the business comes from.“
“Wow. So this is not your standard American Chinese food that all tastes the same. This Chinese food is definitely closer to the real deal and every dish has it own seasonings and flavor. I ordered 4 different dishes and 2 dumpling and can confirm the preparation was not the same for any of the dishes. Great job Home taste keep up the good cooking“

“Love this Chinese food restaurant!! I was in buffalo for training and I'm pregnant so I was craving chinese. This is the second day I ordered. I got a large order of house fried rice with egg rolls. Their was so much meat packed into my fried rice . I had left overs for lunch the next day. Love these place. The only thing I didn't like was the fried chicken. It was waaayyy to salty, but It won't stop me from ordering again.“

However, I wish you didn't have to pay an extra $2/per order for a more authentic (egg, green onion, and bean sprouts) rice. “Great prices, great food, great service. The owners there are the sweetest little things and always makes sure to perfect each order. The best dish is the beef broccoli and the buffalo chicken wings. They give a heaping amount of meat and the wings are massive. The shrimps rolls are the cherry on top. Very good“
“I have been "chasing a high" of crispy General Tso's with a specific style sauce and fried rice for a handful of years. I came across this location and had to try the General Tso's. NIRVANA! I had finally found the sauce/crispy combo I had been searching for that I was used to eating growing up in Eastern Erie County. The staff are nice, food is quick and I like sitting at the table looking out the window while I enjoy lunch. It's one dish, to my preferences, but I'd recommend you trying it!“
“Food was actually some of the better Chinese food that I’ve had in Buffalo. I got chicken lo mein, fried chicken rice, orange chicken, and vegetable spring rolls and everything was very good. Orange chicken were large chicken chunks. Lo mein very good and the fried chicken rice was very good was yellow rice and really liked it. Service was great and right to the point. Atmosphere was horrible but this is mostly a takeout place so it’s not supposed to be the most fine decor.“

“This is a very nice place the staff here are so friendly and nice, I remember I was talking to the cashier and we bonded because my name is “Erik” with a “K” and her sons name is Eric with a “C” I remember she told me a story that when she was in Canada going back to the US the border patrol officers name was Erik with a “K” but he said apparently the proper way to spell Eric was with a “C” I don’t know but she was really nice and friendly. They have excellent food here! I highly recommend going here!“

“First time we ordered take out from Panda Kitchen. We ordered house fried rice and sesame chicken and 1 egg roll The rice was ok but a little bland. The sesame chicken was a little disappointing, some pieces were a little dry and some were hard and very dry. The pieces were all covered nicely with the sauce but still, it was dry. The egg roll was over cook, instead of golden brown, it was over fried. Very disappointed with the take out order“
“I gave them a five star because I've been going here since I was little and the food is always up to par. The family is cool I'm getting to know the kids too watch them grow cooking my food. I wish they did have tofu here they don't so if they read this think about that. The Chinese spot on Delaware and main Street where Canisius is they tofu is out of this world and since you're close to home I want you to be just like that if not better. my family and everybody family is love this place and they know me by name so they get a five just for saying hi Mrs. Claudia what you need today. “This restaurant has great reviews and I live nearby so it's a shame it took me this long to go try it. We ordered the chicken hibachi and the bulgogi. Both meals came with a miso soup and rice, the hibachi dinner also had some vegetables with it. All the sides were amazing, the soup was really good, the rice was sticky and delicious and the vegetables were cooked great. The bulgogi was super tender and will definitely be a staple of my future orders. Only complaint about the food was the hibachi chicken was pretty dry. If it had some sauce I think it would've masked it some, but I'm going to try other things on the menu before I give this a second chance. We also had the pork gyoza appetizer and it was one of the best I've ever had. I tried using its sauce on the hibachi chicken to help alleviate the dryness and it worked a little bit. I unfortunately didn't take pictures of the food, but I do have pictures of the menu so I will share that since all the ones on here are very old. This menu is current as of 3/28/2023. The restaurant has no dine in options currently, they are set up for take out and are quick to make your food. Also the cost of this place may have gone up over the years, but it's a great value for really good food!“
“First of all I want to say that I love supporting local family run restaurants! My husband and I have been frequenting for about a year now and have not yet been disappointed by China King. Dear Husband always orders Sesame Chicken without complaint. Their popular sweet dishes like Orange and General Tso's Chicken have a pleasant spicy pick to them that isn't too much for my little ones. I absolutely love the home-style food menu (see yelp photos because it's not on the takeout menu)! I am comfortable trying new things because I rarely order something I don't like. Tried and loved foods: Steamed chicken and veggies w. side of brown sauce, Shrimp w. lobster sauce, General Tso's, Sesame Chicken, orance chicken, beef w. “We had such a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious. We got the garlic naan, Butter Chicken, Thai Soup, Wonton and Lamb biryani. We were also treated to rice pudding at the end of our meal, which was outstanding. we left with lots of leftovers and full stomachs! the staff was so kind and professional and service was great. highly recommend !
