“My husband and I had dinner here last weekend for our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere is fantastic. Warm chill vibe and everyone is so pleased to be there. Our waiter Johnathan was AMAZING! Attentive answered any and all questions and had us laughing the whole time! The young lady at the hostess stand was amazing as well. She never missed a step even as the people kept coming. Cora (oh I hope I spelled that right) was also an absolute delight! She was so sweet and friendly and just handled everything so gracefully. “Had the best dinner out in a very long time. Sea Bass special. Not sure I would have ordered it if the dish was written out. Too many things added in that I ultimately didn't know what they were. Not a big pesto fan and the dish came in a bath of creamy green with an odd looking chutney of sorts on top. The green was a fantastic pesto tinged super flavorful sauce and the topping was a grand mix of sweet, savory and nut crunch, a fantastic meal.“

“Oh my gosh, so we went out to dinner this evening after going to the movies. We went to Winfield Pub in South Buffalo. All I can say is WOW. My husband saw that it had a 4.7 star rating and we'd never been there. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. They have several different beers to offer and even some seasonal ones. Their drink menu is extensive but not daunting and their drinks are super creative. For our starters we got the hop fries with a garlic parmesan aioli which regulars call "crack sauce" I can see why....it's SO good! My husband got the Snout and Stout which is their take on french onion soup but with a pork broth and milk stout added to it with pieces of pork in it. We both tried it and that too was truly delicious it was a great spin on a classic dish. For our entrees my husband got the ribeye and I got the bbq mac and cheese. My husband loved his ribeye it was cooked perfectly and the sides were amazing. My mac and cheese was probably one of the best mac and cheeses I've ever had. They added burnt pork ends and blue cheese to it and it adds such a depth of flavor and richness this comfort food feels so fancy. I enjoyed it thoroughly. For dessert we shared a piece of their Guinness cake. Again, it was rich and delicious the frosting wasn't overly sweet. We brought a little bit of everything home and are looking forward to eating the rest of it tomorrow. Our server was absolutely lovely and so kind and funny. The chef at this restaurant is so creative and thoughtful with every aspect of the experience right down to bringing us the bill in a Christmas Card. This place is 5 stars!“

“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

One of the best bars in town in my opinion with very reasonably priced drinks and excellent customer service. Not a very large bar space, but definitely worth checking out. They do serve a limited food menu as well, but I have not tried any yet.“

“We just enjoyed a wonderful Breakfast with Santa at The Tewksbury Lodge for the third year in a row. Everything was amazing! The food, the service and the atmosphere were all top notch. Our granddaughters, 5 & 3 yrs old were so excited. Santa greeted all the kids as he entered, and then was so sweet and kind to the all the kids as they were called up, by table, to visit with him at his special chair. Each child received a bag of goodies. You could feel the magic in the air and on the smiles of the kids, parents and grandparents. The Tewksbury Lodge has this breakfast down to a science, systematic and efficient while not rushing at all. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas experience! We'll definitely be back next year! “Best ice cream in Buffalo“

“We stopped in on a mid-Saturday morning. We first heard of them via the Buffalo Cafe Passport. It was extremely busy, but the sandwiches were worth the wait. I had a Nina on a pretzel, and the wife had the Ailia on a bagel, both with hash browns on the side, and they were delicious! We also got a Giant Cinnamon Roll to enjoy at home. The coffee is Tipico, a locally roasted brew we have enjoyed before. The next time we come, we will likely come earlier in the morning, and order online first.“
