“We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

“I've been to this location twice and despite the hustle and bustle of the cafe (hey, it's Elmwood and Bryant with brunch hours, the wait is gonna be a tad long), the staff are professional and get the job done. I've enjoyed what they did with the space, making the seating cozy and fun but also accessible (or at least as accessible as the location can be with maximizing seating). I'm looking forward to visiting throughout the seasons for a good brunch spot.“

“Best coffeeshop on Hertel I’ve tried and the employees aren’t snobs when you ask to customize your order. Fresh baked bagels in-house and various cream cheese flavors. They also cater to vegetarians if you need those options. Overall glad I stopped and checked this place out. Will come visit again and highly recommend!!!“

“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“The raspberry chip latte with oat milk was amazing. Sometimes people don’t do oat milk the best but this was fabulous. I had the veggie quiche, spinach, pepper, caramelized onion and Navarro cheese. Paired with the mixed greens of arugula, spinach and tomato slice and a dash of balsamic and oil was really great. I wouldn’t say it was the perfectly made quiche but it was amazingly good!! Cool vibe.“

Dave and Kathy catered my rehearsal dinner at my parents and everyone was so impressed! The owners are very personable and accommodating. Thank you for a phenomenal home cooked meal!“

“My best friend and I had the privilege of meeting these two wonderful women in Toronto after a concert. We had no cell service to call a taxi to bring us back to our Air BNB and kept getting wrong directions from everyone. We had stopped them to ask if they knew where to pick up a taxi, and instead of giving us the run around, like everyone else, they gave us a ride to our Air Bnb an hour out of their way with no hesitation. And for that they will always have 2 new customers for life, and anytime anyone we know goes to Buffalo we will recommend they visit their establishment. We couldn’t have been more grateful for them, their character alone tells me what kind of business they run! Please everyone tell a friend to tell a friend about their business. “I get UberEATS or DoorDash from here 2-3 times a week. Our favorites are the caprese sandwich, house salad, and chipotle turkey sandwich. I usually het half of a salad and half of a sandwich and it is filling. Occasionally I'll treat myself to the apple pie.“

“We stopped in on a mid-Saturday morning. We first heard of them via the Buffalo Cafe Passport. It was extremely busy, but the sandwiches were worth the wait. I had a Nina on a pretzel, and the wife had the Ailia on a bagel, both with hash browns on the side, and they were delicious! We also got a Giant Cinnamon Roll to enjoy at home. The coffee is Tipico, a locally roasted brew we have enjoyed before. The next time we come, we will likely come earlier in the morning, and order online first.“
