This is a review of the Golisano Children's Hospital location in the ER in Buffalo only. It was amazing. The food was typical Panera food- nothing spectacular, but the service was bar none. Every single person that waited on me throughout our very long day in the ER was so kind, helpful, and made a stressful day less stressful.
This location is inside a hospital
Always a good place, for a while they were offering a pizza that was delicious but its not on the menu any more... but the salads are always fresh tasting and do not taste like they are from a bag or have been in a freezer.

Panera Bread is open 24 hours, which is convenient, especially for healthcare workers. The customer service is really nice, helpful, and sweet. The kitchen is very clean. It is a spot for healthy food, and the food is always good, as Panera tends to be, though overpriced. Orders are often mobile in the busy hospital location, so staff can seem unprepared for in-person orders. Kiosks may not allow full customization, like getting bread properly toasted for a sandwich. Entry is also a bit restricted for the general public.
