I think I’d sell my soul for more sticky toffee pudding. If you want an idea of their service I watched a man straight up slap a glass of beer out of the waitresses hands (he was a hand talker and it was an accident) and into the wall. She was super kind about it and someone (a manger or owner) came over and immediately changed out everything and cleaned everything up while the server got a new beer. Everyone was kind and quick about it and had I not happened to catch it out of the corner of my eye. they were so discrete Idt I would have. As a table we tried the Sheppards fries, the corned beef and cabbage, corned beef sandwich and sticky toffee pudding and all were incredible. Definitely will be back!”

Not a big pesto fan and the dish came in a bath of creamy green with an odd looking chutney of sorts on top. The green was a fantastic pesto tinged super flavorful sauce and the topping was a grand mix of sweet, savory and nut crunch, a fantastic meal.”

“This is an amazing little gem hiding on Maple rd. My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat, something different from the everyday chains and decided to try Roma Thai & Burmese Cuisine. The Samosas are a pocket of perfect spice. I had the Roma Ginger-a healthy and perfect blend of vegatables and giner sauce. The service was excellent! We had a great dining experience and will definately be returning.”

“I recently visited Bamboo Ridge in Buffalo, NY and overall had a good dining experience with a few mixed impressions.
We ordered the orange chicken, egg noodles, spring rolls, fried dumplings, and the eggplant ridge. The portion sizes were great — definitely generous — and everything arrived hot and flavorful. The orange chicken was especially enjoyable, and the appetizers like the spring rolls and fried dumplings were tasty and satisfying.
One thing to note is that the egg noodles were not the same noodles described on the menu. Instead of the expected noodles, they used ramen noodles. While this was a little surprising, the dish was still very flavorful and enjoyable overall.
The main downside for me was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was disappointing and took away slightly from the overall experience.
Overall, Bamboo Ridge offers good portion sizes and tasty, hot food, but I hope they improve attention to cleanliness to match the quality of their dishes.”

“We went to Buffalo Deep Dish for the first time last Saturday as a party of four. We arrived at 4:30pm and I expected it to be busy because let’s face it, the pictures of their pizza online look crazy good and they live up to it! First problem is parking, second problem is finding a table to wait for your pizza which took nearly 3 hours! Once we were able to find a place to sit, we tried the craft beer which was very good. I especially enjoyed the beer crafted with rice since I’m trying to stay away from wheat these days. The brewery area was a little loud but we made the best of it and enjoyed our pizza when it finally came out. No doubt we will be back but will have to be the first one there lol”

“Oh my gosh, so we went out to dinner this evening after going to the movies. We went to Winfield Pub in South Buffalo. All I can say is WOW. My husband saw that it had a 4.7 star rating and we'd never been there. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. They have several different beers to offer and even some seasonal ones. Their drink menu is extensive but not daunting and their drinks are super creative. For our starters we got the hop fries with a garlic parmesan aioli which regulars call "crack sauce" I can see why....it's SO good! My husband got the Snout and Stout which is their take on french onion soup but with a pork broth and milk stout added to it with pieces of pork in it. We both tried it and that too was truly delicious it was a great spin on a classic dish. For our entrees my husband got the ribeye and I got the bbq mac and cheese. My husband loved his ribeye it was cooked perfectly and the sides were amazing. My mac and cheese was probably one of the best mac and cheeses I've ever had. They added burnt pork ends and blue cheese to it and it adds such a depth of flavor and richness this comfort food feels so fancy. I enjoyed it thoroughly. For dessert we shared a piece of their Guinness cake. Again, it was rich and delicious the frosting wasn't overly sweet. We brought a little bit of everything home and are looking forward to eating the rest of it tomorrow. Our server was absolutely lovely and so kind and funny. The chef at this restaurant is so creative and thoughtful with every aspect of the experience right down to bringing us the bill in a Christmas Card. This place is 5 stars!”

Started with the toasted marshmallow espresso martini which I had to try three of to confirm how delicious they were. Then me an my two friends order the octopus, lamb meatballs, and bone marrow. Rarely does every appetizer hit but these were all out of the park home runs. For the entree I got the roast chicken, and my friends got the two different duck entrees and a takeout container was not necessary. The vibe and service was just as good as the food, we also had the chance to talk with the owners father who gave us some background on the operation and overall just a very friendly environment with unbelievable food, and not very expensive for the value. Our granddaughters, 5 & 3 yrs old were so excited. “Arrived on a Sunday late afternoon, I am not a beer drinker but after trying the Hofbräu Hefe Weize bavarian beer I am a fan now. Another recommendation would be the apple streudel dessert. My husband ordered the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. We also ordered the appetizer sampler. The cheesy sauce with the warm pretzel is tasty.
Our server was Lizzy, she did great handling our lack of knowledge to order our main dishes, and the manager was very accomodating, we ordered the Geschnetzeltes with beef strips & the Schweinshaxe or Schweinebraten, I don't recall it had gravy but for sure it was roasted pork with sauerkraut & mashed potatoes. My husband wasn't content with the Geschnetzeltes with beef strips so the manager without hesitation replaced it for chicken sausage, sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes (Bratwurst mit Sauerkraut).

The chicken was cooked to perfection, the spices so flavorful, and the portion so much that she couldn't finish it. “I recently visited Bamboo Ridge in Buffalo, NY and overall had a good dining experience with a few mixed impressions.
We ordered the orange chicken, egg noodles, spring rolls, fried dumplings, and the eggplant ridge. The portion sizes were great — definitely generous — and everything arrived hot and flavorful. The orange chicken was especially enjoyable, and the appetizers like the spring rolls and fried dumplings were tasty and satisfying.
One thing to note is that the egg noodles were not the same noodles described on the menu. Instead of the expected noodles, they used ramen noodles. While this was a little surprising, the dish was still very flavorful and enjoyable overall.
The main downside for me was the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was disappointing and took away slightly from the overall experience.
Overall, Bamboo Ridge offers good portion sizes and tasty, hot food, but I hope they improve attention to cleanliness to match the quality of their dishes.”

“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.”

It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay a little longer, whether you’re grabbing a coffee, catching some live entertainment, or just soaking in the vibe. Even though they’re brand new, the team operates like they’ve been doing this for years — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell a lot of thought and love went into creating this space. Definitely a must-visit spot.”

The inside of the store is super cute and well decorated. They have extra seating in the back that's kind of hidden if you don't walk back there.
