“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“Good People-You need to check out Amy's Place. Had a little snafu with my last lentilberry sandwich. I withdraw that review. Amy's was going through some changes at that time. Amy's Place is fully redeemed. The full Lentilberry Sandwich is back and better than ever!! Lentilberries cooked perfectly. It needs no meat. Perfect meal by itself. Chocolate Crossiant was melt in your mouth delicious with a perfectly crisp outer shell. Many vegan options on the menu. Hours on a Saturday are 8am-8:30pm. Unsure of other days. Can call ahead. Number listed is 716-832-6666. The restaurant has a bohemian vibe that takes you back to better days. Staff have excellent people and listening skills. “Went to Betty’s today for a little brunch/lunch today! We had Brian as our server, he was super attentive, gave great recommendations, and kept our waters refilled (huge plus). “Colleen Saves Christmas! We always enjoy Wegman’s cocktail crab claws as one of our 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. It is a family tradition for us. This year, the local store was out of the claws and wasn’t getting any more. I took a shot in the dark and emailed Colleen Wegman for help. Once she learned our situation, she turned us over to Mike DeCory, an executive in the meat and seafood departments. Mike was our super hero! He found us enough to include the claws in our annual feast. I can’t say enough how much my family appreciated all this help. It wasn’t just about the delicious crab. It was also about family and togetherness. Thank you Colleen and Mike for making our Christmas Eve Vigilia even more special.“

“I have never stayed here, but we were supposed to stay last night through Booking.com on a non refundable stay. We were POSITIVE we were going, but due to an unforeseen health issue with our very young daughter we had to abandon the trip last Wednesday. The front desk worker was amazing on the phone and took a lot of stress off us about losing the money. My fault for booking non refundable, but they (he) was very compassionate,when they easily could have just said no and followed the non refundable policy. This is what sets good companies above the rest, understanding and compassion for customers. We live only a couple hours away near Toronto and go to Buffalo every now and then and next time we do we will definitely be booking this hotel even if it's not the lowest rate because of this. I will also be recommending them to all border crossing friends.“

“They understood the assignment. Asked for onion & pepperoni on my pizza & unlike most pizzerias they actually put the extra topping on! Pizza was hot & fresh & wings were saucy like I asked. “Always have a good quality breakfast bagel sandwich from this place. Way batter than any of the other local chain breakfast sandwich places (won’t name names lol) always made correctly , never had any problems with incorrect orders. Is it busy in there ? Sure. Cause it’s good. I’d be more concerned if it wasn’t busy. Staff has always been friendly and the manager is very accommodating.“
