“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“Colleen Saves Christmas! We always enjoy Wegman’s cocktail crab claws as one of our 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. It is a family tradition for us. This year, the local store was out of the claws and wasn’t getting any more. I took a shot in the dark and emailed Colleen Wegman for help. Once she learned our situation, she turned us over to Mike DeCory, an executive in the meat and seafood departments. Mike was our super hero! He found us enough to include the claws in our annual feast. I can’t say enough how much my family appreciated all this help. It wasn’t just about the delicious crab. It was also about family and togetherness. Thank you Colleen and Mike for making our Christmas Eve Vigilia even more special.“

“Good People-You need to check out Amy's Place. Had a little snafu with my last lentilberry sandwich. I withdraw that review. Amy's was going through some changes at that time. Amy's Place is fully redeemed. The full Lentilberry Sandwich is back and better than ever!! Lentilberries cooked perfectly. It needs no meat. Perfect meal by itself. Chocolate Crossiant was melt in your mouth delicious with a perfectly crisp outer shell. Many vegan options on the menu. Hours on a Saturday are 8am-8:30pm. Unsure of other days. Can call ahead. Number listed is 716-832-6666. The restaurant has a bohemian vibe that takes you back to better days. Staff have excellent people and listening skills. “Went to Betty’s today for a little brunch/lunch today! We had Brian as our server, he was super attentive, gave great recommendations, and kept our waters refilled (huge plus). “Great hotel, super clean and the room we had was very spacious with a view of downtown buffalo. Parking lot felt secure and there is a 24 hour walgreens right next door. Got to use the gym which was also clean and had plenty of weights / machines. We didn't use the pool, but it too looked nice.
Hotel front door also locks at night which made us feel safe.
Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Wouldn't mind staying here again when in town.“

“It truly was a wonderful experience! I took my sister, son, and daughter-in-law out for dinner. It was my son’s first time experience at a P. F. Chang’s, and he was quite pleased with the service, the atmosphere, and the food. Our server Jordan was an absolute delight; she was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed Jordan’s thoughtful and caring ways throughout our dinner.
My daughter- in-law is a vegan so it was nice to have some vegetarian options.“

“First time in Buffalo and this place was recommended for ‘authentic’ Buffalo style pizza. Excellent, friendly service, great value. Staff recommended the pepperoni and cheese as well wanted to experience the authentic Buffalo pizza. The sauce was slightly sweet and the pepperoni was not like the usual pepperoni, it wasn’t salty, and had a very mild spice kick to it (not hot) very happy that we tried this place and would definitely recommend them to others“

“On May 19th, I visited the Buffalo, NY location and wanted to recognize a few exceptional team members who truly made our experience memorable.

First and foremost, Garrett in the kitchen consistently goes above and beyond. We have visited this restaurant many times, and he always takes such great care of us. He knows exactly which cuts of meat we prefer, how we like them prepared, and ensures the gauchos bring our favorites frequently. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction never goes unnoticed.

Our server, Leanna, is hands down the best we have ever had at this restaurant. She is incredibly attentive, always making sure we have everything we need. If something is missing, she goes out of her way to get it for us quickly and with a smile.

During this visit, we also met a new gaucho, Sergio, who was a wonderful addition to the team. He is friendly, personable, and always smiling when interacting with guests—something that truly enhances the dining experience. We look forward to seeing him again on future visits.

Lastly, I would like to recognize the manager, Tim. It’s always appreciated when a manager takes the time to visit each table, check in with guests, and ensure everything is running smoothly. His presence and leadership clearly contribute to the outstanding team dynamic.
