“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“Went to Betty’s today for a little brunch/lunch today! We had Brian as our server, he was super attentive, gave great recommendations, and kept our waters refilled (huge plus). The portions were perfect if not bigger than we could eat. We enjoyed the patio and being able to eat outside. Definitely will be back!“

“The service is always friendly. It’s a family owned place, true to the Buffalo roots. Great homemade blue cheese and the slices are huge. I work around the corner and they’ve always treated me well, never a bad experience. Prices are reasonable and I’ll be honest- they deserve your business.“

“Had to ask for our 1/2 sub and 1 slice of pizza after 25 minutes. Got order 5 minutes after that. We got there at 9:17pm - closes at 10pm. So we were still there after closing. 🤪
Returned today - because the food is good- the service was, thankfully, much better.“

“Great hotel, super clean and the room we had was very spacious with a view of downtown buffalo. Parking lot felt secure and there is a 24 hour walgreens right next door. Got to use the gym which was also clean and had plenty of weights / machines. We didn't use the pool, but it too looked nice.
Hotel front door also locks at night which made us feel safe.
Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Wouldn't mind staying here again when in town.“

“First time in Buffalo and this place was recommended for ‘authentic’ Buffalo style pizza. Excellent, friendly service, great value. Staff recommended the pepperoni and cheese as well wanted to experience the authentic Buffalo pizza. The sauce was slightly sweet and the pepperoni was not like the usual pepperoni, it wasn’t salty, and had a very mild spice kick to it (not hot) very happy that we tried this place and would definitely recommend them to others“

I ordered blueberry timbits she started a conversation telling me they are her favorite not everywhere has them, it’s owners choice. Great customer service from the group of ladies working at 3pm today! Good employees need to be acknowledged too.“
