“I love the variety of choices of beer. They have a variety of different taste for everyone they have a lot choices on tap or in cans/bottles.
The choices for food is very limited, but at least they have a couple things which are filling and quick and easy. They say their chicken sandwich is one of the best but it’s just a plain old sandwich lol the tater tots weren’t crispy at all either. I did come for the beer and the beer did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my date and would come back. They also have outdoor seating when the weather is nicer, which I want to try.”

“While we have always enjoyed our meals at The Mansard in the past, our last two visits have been uninspiring. Our most recent visit on 8/3 was average at best. The bartender had BOTH sliding glass doors (no screens) open in the bar area causing swarms of flies to circle us our ENTIRE meal, in the dining area. Although friendly, our waitress said there were no specials that evening, after I specifically asked what the specials were. I overheard other waitresses telling patrons what the specials were, so I knew there WERE specials. The musty smell of the stained drapery needs to be replaced ASAP, as the odor hits you as soon as you get to the front door. Please be better and ACT like the "fine" dining restaurant you want to be! Very disappointed...The food is the ONLY thing worth coming to The Mansard for...We miss Steve!!”

“My family was a long time customer of the South Buffalo location but were forced to switch to Orchard Park when it closed. Although the food is sometimes slightly inconsistent, customer service has always been excellent with fixing any issues. They are always one of our top choices for Buffalo pizza, especially when family visits from out of town!”

“I had the pleasure of spending the entire day here for football and I had a blast! The staff was super friendly, the food is exceptional comfort food, the service is amazing in the atmosphere is like a group of friends hanging out! I had a wonderful time and the best part for me was smelling the food all night long snacking a little bit here and there but then taking home pizza and wings! The wings are huge it's definitely a destination and the pizza from the attached pizza place is absolutely incredible AND PROBABLY HAS THE BEST CRUST IN BUFFALO! IT WAS SO CRUNCHY! IT WASN'T SUPER THICK! HAD A LOT OF FLAVOR! AND BECAUSE OF THAT AMAZING CRUST WHEN YOU REHEAT IT THE NEXT DAY YOU COULD LITERALLY CRUNCH RIGHT THROUGH THE CRUST AGAIN LIKE IT WAS A BRAND NEW PIZZA! THANKS AWESOME CRUST AND AIR FRYER!

“Had a wonderful lunch here before our Highmark Stadium tour. Food is excellent! We had a combo of Beef on Weck with French Onion Soup. Fantastic! Service was very good, friendly, and fun. Location is right across from the stadium, so good views if you like the Bills. :-) Can't imagine how crazy/fun/wild/etc. this place gets on game days/nights!!! I know Bills fans, so...... :-D”

“I had originally ordered a chicken wrap, tulip cookies and a scone. The service at the window was less than pleasant. I understand what it is to be busy but whew that was lack luster. I still tipped thought maybe it would cheer her up. So once I got to open my bag...I ended up with a salad and 2 scones. No napkins no silverware. I have ate / ordered here before never had this happen. 🙃 Chalked it up to they may have had a solid bad day. I ate the salad because unfortunately I paid for it..it was great. Scones were also a pleasant surprise!”

“The food and service was good. Be aware! The prices on the menu are different from what they charge you. My meal in the menu was $18.99. I was charged $23.99 for shrimp scampi and much smaller portion from past order. Fish fry was listed as $15.99 was charged 21.99. They need to let you know the prices are higher than what is listed in their menu. ?‍♀️”

“I’m from Canada, and we love our Tim’s over there, so I’m a little bit of a Tim Horton’s snob to say the least. This Tim Hortons is by far the best and closest to Canadian Tim Horton’s that you can get over the border (tea wise). Your staff is amazing! Keep up the good work!”
