It's sad to say that every single time I go thru your drive-thru, I have to repeat myself, & they still can't get the order right. When I call them out on it, to make the correction, I get terrible attitude. I've called corporate in the past about this location & I've seen they've done nothing because the same screw-ups are still taking orders that are wrong.
The service today was awful! I think they were having a bad day! I had to tell them three times what kind of sandwich I wanted and then I had to swipe my credit card twice because it didn't work the first time. The girl at the register apparently told me, but I couldn't hear here because she pretty much whispered it to me! On top of that the attitudes were not pleasant. I was getting unpleasant looks. We've decided not to go there again.

Kid-friendliness: They sell Timbits, but they never taste fresh. Most times many flavors if donuts are out! I must say it is not Starbucks. The flavor of the iced cap was certainly disappointing! Not really sure what they hip is. Felt heavy after eating the greasy krueller. I thought they were a light fluffy donut, but instead it greased right thru the bag with no napkin!
