“While we have always enjoyed our meals at The Mansard in the past, our last two visits have been uninspiring. Our most recent visit on 8/3 was average at best. The bartender had BOTH sliding glass doors (no screens) open in the bar area causing swarms of flies to circle us our ENTIRE meal, in the dining area. Although friendly, our waitress said there were no specials that evening, after I specifically asked what the specials were. I overheard other waitresses telling patrons what the specials were, so I knew there WERE specials. The musty smell of the stained drapery needs to be replaced ASAP, as the odor hits you as soon as you get to the front door. Please be better and ACT like the "fine" dining restaurant you want to be! Very disappointed...The food is the ONLY thing worth coming to The Mansard for...We miss Steve!!“

“I had originally ordered a chicken wrap, tulip cookies and a scone. The service at the window was less than pleasant. I understand what it is to be busy but whew that was lack luster. I still tipped thought maybe it would cheer her up. So once I got to open my bag...I ended up with a salad and 2 scones. No napkins no silverware. I have ate / ordered here before never had this happen. 🙃 Chalked it up to they may have had a solid bad day. I ate the salad because unfortunately I paid for it..it was great. Scones were also a pleasant surprise!“

“My husband and I had dinner here last weekend for our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere is fantastic. Warm chill vibe and everyone is so pleased to be there. Our waiter Johnathan was AMAZING! Attentive answered any and all questions and had us laughing the whole time! The young lady at the hostess stand was amazing as well. She never missed a step even as the people kept coming. Cora (oh I hope I spelled that right) was also an absolute delight! She was so sweet and friendly and just handled everything so gracefully. As someone who works in the industry I was just so over the moon with every thing that I experienced while in this restaurant. 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!“

“After 20+ times we have not had bad food from Saigon Bangkok once (even when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing.) But let me tell you a secret: Bun Thit Nuong. Not only is it my favorite take on my all time favorite meal, just about everyone I eat with ends up wanting MY Bun Thit Nuong! So I end up ordering it with extra pork. Unfortunately, this just means there's more for THEM to steal. After they finish MY food and I'm still hungry, I'll eat their Pad Thai, Pho, or Basil Fried Rice. And this time I even tried their Wonton Soup. All of it is excellent. I usually get to go but one time I did eat in the restaurant and the service was spectacular. Since they make everything to order they were more than willing to accommodate the dietary needs of my party. I'll keep going back for sure. Next time I'm going to ignore everyone's order and just order Bun Thit Nuong for everyone. They'll thank me later.“

“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

All of their workers and delivery people are so glad to assist us...I would give Grasso's a 10 out of 5 for their food and service!!! One of the best bars in town in my opinion with very reasonably priced drinks and excellent customer service. Not a very large bar space, but definitely worth checking out. “We just enjoyed a wonderful Breakfast with Santa at The Tewksbury Lodge for the third year in a row. Everything was amazing! The food, the service and the atmosphere were all top notch. Our granddaughters, 5 & 3 yrs old were so excited. Santa greeted all the kids as he entered, and then was so sweet and kind to the all the kids as they were called up, by table, to visit with him at his special chair. Each child received a bag of goodies. You could feel the magic in the air and on the smiles of the kids, parents and grandparents. The Tewksbury Lodge has this breakfast down to a science, systematic and efficient while not rushing at all. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas experience! We'll definitely be back next year! “Wow! What a treat! We are from Kansas and it's great be greeted with kindness! My daughter got a little confused, but the employee inside walked her through what was good.
Combined with the nice cool weather, great CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELICIOUS Waffle bowls, we definitely recommend 2 Scoops!

We had an amazing experience at Downtown Bazaar trying the Thai food stall—absolutely delicious! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices. The Pad Thai was one of the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The green curry was rich, aromatic, and comforting, with tender chicken and just the right amount of heat.

The service was warm and friendly, and the food was served quickly and piping hot. You can tell they care about quality and authenticity. The portions were generous, and prices very reasonable for downtown.

If you're in Buffalo and craving Thai, this spot inside Downtown Bazaar is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!“
