Keep the employee up front who is super nice taking your bowl/burrito order and can the rest. You don’t need 9 employees on a buffet style line, especially when over half of them don’t understand basic math or customer service.

Food was great, but watching how a staff member was treated by a mother staff member was appalling. The young guy was having trouble with the card reader, it must of crashed and he was having trouble getting it to load, and when he asked for help, he was told by another employee to figure it out and that “he was more tech savvy than she was”. At this point there was online forming and after he reset the card reader it still was not working so he told the other employee...read full review
