My catering order was 30 minutes late with no phone call. The manager and GM were not apologetic. They didn’t have the right equipment to set up- after being late. They only gave us 1/2 a pan of queso and it was iced cold and to top it all off the delivery guy left and didn’t leave us any chips! When I called back the manager was rude and didn’t even offer to bring them- I had to ask them! Do completely rude and unprofessional
Out of ingredients, most salsas empty, store was dirty, not a single clean table, trash was overflowing. Orders were mixed up and it was random chaos behind the counter. Worst experience at a Moes in years.
Shouldn't get even 1 star staff rude especially the manager.......everything you order WRONG....do not go there!!!!!!!!!
