Wendy's has great staff, even during busy lunchtime hours. While mistakes can happen, such as forgetting items in a large order, the restaurant makes up for it with excellent customer service, like throwing in a free Frosty. The food is amazing and remarkably fresh, offering a great dining experience. Customers particularly enjoy the Spicy chicken sandwich, often ordered with mayo, cheese, and pickles, though some have received lukewarm fries when the restaurant was not busy. The breakfast biscuits with egg, sausage, and cheese are also noted as pretty good. However, eating inside might not be the best option, and cleanliness could be improved.
