The best Sushi in town ! Always a delicious meal
Whenever I’m in Hamburg, NY I make a point of trying to have my lunch at Ichiban. It is so delicious and reasonably priced and the wait staff are very friendly. I was just there yesterday September 16, 2025 for lunch and it was wonderful. I informed the waitress that I had an appointment and she made sure I received my food promptly. So many great things to choose from, but I love sashimi!!!!! so I always seem to pick that very nice variety on the luncheon menu.
The food is always fresh and amazing. Prices are reasonable as well.
