“Literally if this was near my town i would go everyday the food was so good i loved the crab rolls and cashier was so nice and even brought the food to us when we were wating for it when we sat down. and was so nice that they made avocado rolls for us even when it wasnt on the menu. literally got wet when i took a bite. and the spicy mayo wasnt too spricy or has no spicy it was perfect. would literally go back to get another“

“Oh. My. GOODNESS! Hokkaido was absolutely fantastic today. I walked with a 6 top and a baby and they accommodated us within 10 minutes, thankfully it wasn’t busy at that time. We ordered appetizers and entrees that the table shared and not one single negative remark was spoken, everything was absolutely fantastic. I got the octopus tonkatsu, which was warm, pillowy, smoky and creamy with a little chew from the octo-bits. So, so good. I also got the tom yum seafood ramen, which had a lovely balanced level of spice without being overwhelming and unpleasant, almost like a spicy seafood boil with noodles! The person next to me even said “I could see myself spending $300 here easily, i wanna eat everything on the menu!” I will gladly be returning or ordering from here in the future, and for authentic ramen in the WNY Orchard Park/Hamburg area, I highly recommend!“

She had went above and beyond and I say this with an understatement how she went out of her way countless times to occupy our two children. The levels she went to is beyond what words can even explain. You guys truly have THE best employee we have ever witnessed at an establishment and I truly hope it is recognized and appreciated that you truly have a diamond in the ruff!
