Disappointed in the Caesar salad. Stale croutons. Dressing is now served on the side in tiny cups that are inconvenient to deal with and not what I expect for dine in service (and obviously handled by others). Outside dining area floor surface is littered and unkept.
i came in Friday 06-16-2023 night around 8:20 pm and i believe it was the manager that helped me out he was writing a blue bottom up. He was one of the kindest people ever. I just want him to know he's doing a wonderful good and his staff is very lucky to have him! thank you you made my night!

Panera has been and still is on my rich of things that rich people do. I paid $17 for a basic salad and unsweetened tea. Among this list of rich people things is Wegmans, cable TV, and owning a boat. Ordering from Panera. It is a pretty costly basic salad.
