“Last night was our first time visiting the restaurant and it definitely will not be the last! My husband and I had heard about the meatballs on The Food Network and we had to try it as an appetizer. It was fantastic! My eggplant panino was out of this world delicious, absolutely the best I have ever eaten!! Large portions, delicious from start to finish! Definitely recommend!”

“I visited here for a coffee on a Tuesday afternoon.

I was really impressed with the relaxing atmosphere. There were plenty of places to sit. Some patrons were playing UNO as they had board games for patrons to enjoy while they are eating and/or enjoying their coffee.

I ordered a Radai Qahwa (smoothie flavors with subtle hints of spice). It was an excellent cup of coffee. I never experienced coffee which tastes like it. I definitely recommend it.

Staff is very hard working and very friendly.

“My Son & I had a visit there this past Sunday & I drove past this Cafe a million times, & all way's thought it was closed bc the parking is in back! LOL..I have grew up in the area for over 50 years & I will say, This is the Best lil diner I ever ate at. The wait staff from the Dish washers to the waitresses to the cook all made us feel very welcomed & Comfortable. Everyone of them said Hi & good morning to us. Very Friendly. The Food was Sooo Delicious..cooked perfectly. I have never tasted Biscuits & Gravy anywhere like I have here..The Prices are also very good. Roosters will be on my Fav list for Places to eat.”

“Have had several different "Subs of the Month", and loved them all. Haven't tried their fish fry yet, but my son says they are great. Location just around the corner and down Abbott Road a bit. Try them....you'll love them.”

“Number One Kitchen is number one for a reason! I made a mistake with my order originally and even though I still paid for that order through a delivery app, I had to cancel it. So when I reordered I didn't order the wontons, but they noticed and sent me them anyway! Their food is literally the best in the area and they go above and beyond! I will never order from anywhere but Number One!!!”

“ever since I worked at the hsbc bank before the Lakeview location opened, I refuse to get pizza anywhere else. (even though that means driving 30 mins one way to get it) if wish there was a location closer to the northtowns at some point!”

“Stop to get chicken and some coleslaw but didn't have the coleslaw so just got the chicken didn't want other sides but the chicken was delicious crispy and warm by the time I got home . I would come again next time I hope I can get some coleslaw. Very friendly man helping me for a gas station was pretty decent”

“*They are normally 5 star* but......I've been ordering from chopstick house for some time and it's always been delicious and I've referred many people to switch to them BUT last night's, 10/20/23, was not good. Fried dumplings were over done and oily, egg roll was like and oil soaked sponge I couldn't even eat it and general tso's chicken was not spicy and overcooked as well. Only part of it that was good was the lo mein.I'll give them another chance cuz it could have just been a bad night.”

“We met the guy Greg at another restaurant told me Unc about the cooking spot finally visited today. We purchased the Haddock and Red velvet waffle. Place is cleaned and respectfully served. They even threw the Ted hot sauce, water, and other things to go. The time frame is good safe hours open and close. We will be back to show more support and will tell others.”

“My husband and I had dinner here last weekend for our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere is fantastic. Warm chill vibe and everyone is so pleased to be there. Our waiter Johnathan was AMAZING! Attentive answered any and all questions and had us laughing the whole time! The young lady at the hostess stand was amazing as well. She never missed a step even as the people kept coming. Cora (oh I hope I spelled that right) was also an absolute delight! She was so sweet and friendly and just handled everything so gracefully. As someone who works in the industry I was just so over the moon with every thing that I experienced while in this restaurant. 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!”
