It was fantastic! My eggplant panino was out of this world delicious, absolutely the best I have ever eaten!! Large portions, delicious from start to finish! Definitely recommend!“

“My Son & I had a visit there this past Sunday & I drove past this Cafe a million times, & all way's thought it was closed bc the parking is in back! LOL..I have grew up in the area for over 50 years & I will say, This is the Best lil diner I ever ate at. The wait staff from the Dish washers to the waitresses to the cook all made us feel very welcomed & Comfortable. Everyone of them said Hi & good morning to us. Very Friendly. I recently dined at a restaurant in Cheektowaga call Taqueria Los Mayas… and let me tell you… their food is as close to actually eating in Mexico as you can get. Amy's Place is fully redeemed. The full Lentilberry Sandwich is back and better than ever!! Lentilberries cooked perfectly. It needs no meat. Perfect meal by itself. Chocolate Crossiant was melt in your mouth delicious with a perfectly crisp outer shell. Many vegan options on the menu. Hours on a Saturday are 8am-8:30pm. Unsure of other days. Can call ahead. Number listed is 716-832-6666. The restaurant has a bohemian vibe that takes you back to better days. Staff have excellent people and listening skills. Not a big pesto fan and the dish came in a bath of creamy green with an odd looking chutney of sorts on top. The green was a fantastic pesto tinged super flavorful sauce and the topping was a grand mix of sweet, savory and nut crunch, a fantastic meal.“

“After 20+ times we have not had bad food from Saigon Bangkok once (even when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing.) But let me tell you a secret: Bun Thit Nuong. Not only is it my favorite take on my all time favorite meal, just about everyone I eat with ends up wanting MY Bun Thit Nuong! So I end up ordering it with extra pork. Unfortunately, this just means there's more for THEM to steal. After they finish MY food and I'm still hungry, I'll eat their Pad Thai, Pho, or Basil Fried Rice. And this time I even tried their Wonton Soup. All of it is excellent. I usually get to go but one time I did eat in the restaurant and the service was spectacular. Since they make everything to order they were more than willing to accommodate the dietary needs of my party. I'll keep going back for sure. Next time I'm going to ignore everyone's order and just order Bun Thit Nuong for everyone. They'll thank me later.“

“My wife and I had one of the best dining experiences ever last night. We’ve been to Lucia’s previously and if you’re not aware, it’s best to make reservations well in advance when you want to go. Anticipating our 32nd wedding anniversary, we tried to make reservations weeks in advance but nothing was available on Open Table however the stars aligned yesterday afternoon! Thankfully, we selected the notify me option and a spot opened last night!! When we checked in, we were warmly greeted by Jill with Happy Anniversary”! We arrived early to enjoy a cocktail at the outside bar. My wife had a lemon martini followed by a French 75. I had an Eagle Rare Old Fashioned. All perfectly crafted by highly attentive bar tenders. When we went to our table, not only did the person who seated us but the busser & server all acknowledged it was our anniversary! For dinner, we had crab risotto and lobster ravioli, both topped with an 8 oz perfectly grilled filet. An abundance of crab and lobster meat on both dishes. Thomas, our server, was extremely articulate, highly knowledgeable of each dish, their preparation and made excellent suggestions. He made the evening a delight! Lastly, we had creme brûlée for dessert! I can’t say enough, Lucia’s is a first class dining experience, top to bottom!! Kudos to the entire staff!!“

From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. “Akis is a small restaurant with very good food. The only downside for me is, there's only one person taking the orders most of the time. I've had quite a few meals here. I'll be back to try more of the delicious dishes. The pancake is outstanding! The Greek skillet is very filling. The Greek potatoes are hit and miss, meaning they can range from very delicious to I've had better. My daughter had the salmon and said it was really good!“

“The Buffalo Tikka Indian restaurant in downtown Buffalo is open despite some major construction on Main Street where it resides. And that is good news! The food is excellent. As someone who loves his curry I can recommend the Veggie Vindaloo. As with all of the dishes the vindaloo can be prepared mild or spicy. And the spicy incarnation will prompt some perspiration on one's scalp without detracting from the taste. Vindaloo is my favourite Indian dish and this mixed vegetable dish in vindaloo sauce is very, very good. My wife and kids loved the Aloo Palak and the Somosas. They also sampled the Mango and Blueberry Lassis. The only thing missing was alcohol: Tikka does not stock Taj Mahal or any other adult beverage. As a fan of Taj I would have appreciated a cold beer to accompany the food. That said, the service is very good, the prices reasonable and the food delicious. It is somewhat tricky to find parking and to navigate the construction but worth the effort. The restaurant also offers delivery for those not inclined to drive down busy Main Street.“
