I have been here a number of times. I always get atleast a 2" thick piece of prime rib. I know exactly what I'm getting, warm outside, cool inside bunch of hot au jus! I took our whole company to eat and everyone was delighted and impressed! as always thank you for a great experience
If you are in Buffalo…this is a place you must go!! Made a last minute reservation- and the host worked us in. Hands down the best meal we ate while on vacation for a week! Prime Rib & steaks were perfect. Everyone seemed to know each other- and we made fast friends. From the soup, salads, entrees, & dessert- everything was delicious!! And that cinnamon cornbread- oh my!❤️
from the moment we walked in we were treated like family. It was our first time there and we had no reservation.they made room for us.the food and service was incredible. before we left we were given some cinnamon corn bread for our trip home to Rensselaer NY. I would highly recommend going there, you will be impressed.. definitely will go there again

Based on the reviews, Adam's Rib Restaurant offers the absolute best service and hospitality. The owner is phenomenal and not afraid to get his hands dirty, coming to tables multiple times. The staff, including waitress Mercedes, is amazing, attentive, friendly, and handles many tables with calm professionalism. The food is always delicious and awesome, with great food without the fluff. Specific meals mentioned include salmon and spinach, burgers cooked to perfection, a cheeseburger, French Onion soup (get the bowl), and a NY strip with sweet potato mash. The cornbread is heavenly. The restaurant has an old-fashioned dark and elegant ambience that is cozy and comforting, described as a smallish, old-time pub-looking place with a nice bar. The service and hospitality are a 10/10, and guests will most definitely be back.
