This is by far the best gluten free bakery I have ever been to. When I say “if you didn’t know it was gluten free you would not be able to tell” that is an understatement. This is not only a great gluten free bakery but a great bakery in general. Even if I was not buying specifically gluten free food I would still go here. The staff is so nice. Vin Chet Bakery on Kensington Ave. in Snyder is a great place to find gluten free cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies,etc. They also make fresh paninis and sandwiches. Everything there is delicious! I especially enjoy the sandwiches, cupcakes, and the cherry or almond rings. They also make breads (rye,cottage,savory, etc) and rolls.The people at Vin Chet are great! We stopped by the bakery for the first time yesterday, and this is also the first time trying any of their products. Though the cupcake was a little underwhelming, the muffins more than made up for the cupcakes this morning and would not take away from my 5-star review. Even cupcakes can have a bad day! The muffins were AMAZING! Overall, they have a nice variety of gluten free options that will keep me coming back.
