Friendly service, a large selection, and the store was clean. I remember when I was a little girl, my parents buying a quarter of beef, everything wrapped in white paper to stock the large upright freezer, and when they would go to work my brother and I would cook sirloin steak for a snack. Seeing that white freezer paper brought back memories, oh and btw I bought 2 slabs if St Louis ribs
Nice layout, very conscious of COVID best practices, good meat and friendly staff.I didn't see much by way of higher quality cuts, but perhaps in my quick look I didn't see them (was looking for USDA Prime steaks), but what they did have looked good.Not their main product of course, but don't buy the pierogi, they taste very pancakey. Pretty disappointing, but they're a butcher, not a polish restaurant, so I can't hit them too hard for that hah.

Federal meats is on the pricey end, but this location always has the items I am looking for. First time I was here, I needed duck breast and they were the only place to actually carry it. (I wasn't about to butcher a whole duck up lol) The duck breast was excellent. This time I went in to get some lamb chops ($20 a lb) I wish the chops were bigger, but they were portioned out and ready to go for marinating and grilling.
