“My Son & I had a visit there this past Sunday & I drove past this Cafe a million times, & all way's thought it was closed bc the parking is in back! LOL..I have grew up in the area for over 50 years & I will say, This is the Best lil diner I ever ate at. The wait staff from the Dish washers to the waitresses to the cook all made us feel very welcomed & Comfortable. Everyone of them said Hi & good morning to us. Very Friendly. The Food was Sooo Delicious..cooked perfectly. I have never tasted Biscuits & Gravy anywhere like I have here..The Prices are also very good. Roosters will be on my Fav list for Places to eat.“

“It's been a great feeling to come to Tim's Hortons of western New York. The staff did an excellent job over the years getting the right donut and give us chili perfectly. I missed going to Tim's Horton's and I'll be back someday.“

“Stopped in with my son before the Bills vs Chiefs game for breakfast. The California breakfast burrito was on point! Good size, full of protein and very satisfying. The fresh berries that accompanied it were a refreshing, sweet finish to the breakfast. Looking forward to stopping in again to try the baked goods!“

“We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

Also amazing gluten free options. The Lunch Box makes one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had.“

“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“Best coffeeshop on Hertel I’ve tried and the employees aren’t snobs when you ask to customize your order. Fresh baked bagels in-house and various cream cheese flavors. They also cater to vegetarians if you need those options. Overall glad I stopped and checked this place out. Will come visit again and highly recommend!!!“

“My niece told me I had to check the place out. She knows her Aunt welbeze! 😆 Seriously, the vibe is so positive it's actually soothing. The acai bowl is as good as the bowls I've had in Cali. The Chai Lattes were as yummy as the omelette. The bathrooms were clean. I'd recommend checking on the tp throughout the day. I went back to work and raved about the place...eats, drinks & staff were awesome! I'll be back!“

“I had such a wonderful breakfast here. Everything was fresh and packed with flavor, making for the perfect start to my day.

The bagel sandwiches were served warm and wrapped in foil, which kept them in great shape. I also picked up a baked good that had a perfect, toasted texture. It is easy to see why this spot is a favorite in the neighborhood. I will definitely be back soon.“

“My best friend and I had the privilege of meeting these two wonderful women in Toronto after a concert. We had no cell service to call a taxi to bring us back to our Air BNB and kept getting wrong directions from everyone. We had stopped them to ask if they knew where to pick up a taxi, and instead of giving us the run around, like everyone else, they gave us a ride to our Air Bnb an hour out of their way with no hesitation. And for that they will always have 2 new customers for life, and anytime anyone we know goes to Buffalo we will recommend they visit their establishment. “The raspberry chip latte with oat milk was amazing. Sometimes people don’t do oat milk the best but this was fabulous. I had the veggie quiche, spinach, pepper, caramelized onion and Navarro cheese. Paired with the mixed greens of arugula, spinach and tomato slice and a dash of balsamic and oil was really great. I wouldn’t say it was the perfectly made quiche but it was amazingly good!! Cool vibe.“

“The girls who work at this Starbucks are super sweet and very friendly!! They always go above and beyond to make conversations with the customers, and overall deliver amazing service. The only downside of this location is that the seating arrangement is a little awkward with the traffic of people coming into Target. It would be nice if it felt a little more secluded, but I understand that there is only so much you can do with that space. Regardless, I’ve had many great experiences at this location!“
