I love the spot coffee franchise I go to locations all over WNY unfortunately every time I come to this location over the last year I’m disappointed Cinco shakes tastes like all they did was blend an espresso shot and ice no flavor at all cups are never dressed with caramel and Mike sandwiches are always over cooked not leaving review to bash location just hoping owner sees this and makes changes to production
Spot is such a cozy place to have breakfast or lunch! Amazing atmosphere! Food is really good. We love the staff and everyone feels welcome there! Thank you Katie for everything you do!
