“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks. My drink was running a little behind because they were incredibly busy and short a bar, but the staff handled everything with so much kindness and professionalism. My little sister is a Starbucks Barista at another location so waiting never bothers me, I know how busy it can be. They unexpectedly gave me a gift card for the wait, which was completely unnecessary but so appreciated.

What impressed me most wasn’t the gift card, it was how genuinely kind and hardworking everyone was despite how hectic things were. You could tell the team cared about their customers and about doing their best under pressure.

“I am typically a daily morning customer around 645am and there are three particular employees that deserve recognition for the friendly service they provide on a daily basis. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the young male manager and young girl drive thru attendant (I believe her name starts with a J) but I do know that the other worker is a young man named Kam. I just feel it is necessary to recognize and commend their friendly attitude and service that I receive every morning. I hope that your company will treat them well to maintain their loyalty and hard work and that they may be rewarded in the very new future as they truly deserve it.

“This is my go to Starbucks, mostly every time I’ve walked in to get my drink the employees are nothing but nice. My drinks are almost always made properly. Parking lot can be very busy and tricky sometimes to get around as people drive in and out but it’s overall such a pleasant and clean place to get some Starbucks.“

“For the second time at the tim hortons on mckinley and southwestern in a row the girl in the drive through was Sara. She was so bubbly, friendly and very good. She had made it not a chore to go through the drive through. Not like many of the curmudgeonly ones I come across(not just Tim Hortons by the way).
