“I used to love their Spicy Tuna Wrap. It changed this past year. They used to put a lot more tuna but now it is almost veggie sandwich with a cheese. I tried a couple times thinking maybe the person who prepared couldn’t make good but no! They changed it and today was my last visit to spot coffee!“

“Never had a problem here with service or the taste! I come here a lot in the morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are just written by people who have nothing better to do than pick out and critique the tiniest things to complain about.I saw one review that said, “They don’t even ask if you want a receipt!” Okay Karen, how about YOU just ask for one of it bothers you so much?Good work from the employees. :)“

“This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The workers are always smiling and laughing which makes me think the environment they work in must be great! My drink is always right and the one time it wasn’t they apologize and fixed it immediately. Love this place!“

“The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!“

“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“I went into the West Seneca Spot coffee today 12/19/2023. Wasn’t in the best of moods. Ordered a mocha hot coffee and lemon bar. The manager I believe his name is Dave took my order and started making my coffee. Maddie packaged up my lemon bar. I’m telling you, both Dave and Maddie were very professional, kind and efficient. We started talking and wow, what a couple of positive, kind and caring people they were. It was so refreshing and uplifting. By the time I left I was in a great mood, happy, felt positive and thought I had just made friends with two of the nicest people I have come across in forever! Both had smiles on their faces. It was wonderful to see two happy individuals at work. Thank you both for being so kind and caring! I will definitely be stopping in for another pick me up date! 😉 The mocha coffee and lemon bar were out of this world! “This is without a doubt, my preferred Starbucks in this area (or of any I’ve been to)! The partners at this store absolutely make it what it is! I’ve never been to any food service establishment that has such good vibes and attitudes from their workers, despite whatever might be going on. The drinks are amazing, and on that very rare occasion that there is a mistake, they fix it right away! The only negative (which has nothing to do with the workers or products) is the drive thru. “I go to this location pretty frequently. I picked up my drink right after I got the notification that it was ready. Typically I don’t have any issues and my drinks always taste amazing, but a couple times I’ve had the issue of not filling the cup. Yes, I got cold foam and I understand it can deflate a little bit, but you can see a cold foam layer. Take that layer out and there’s a quarter of the drink not filled up. With the amount I’m paying for my drinks, I expect to get a drink that’s mostly filled up. I can go to another coffee place that will fill up my cup because this is ridiculous.

Update: After reaching out to customer service. They assisted me promptly and fixed the issue. I appreciate their respect and assistance to my comment. Customer service was amazing!“

“I always have awesome service at the Starbucks in Target. The barista helped me pick between a holiday option of the Frankenccino or the Frappula. I chose the Frappula and it was amazing and he pre-apologized that it would take a little longer because he had to make the strawberry purée but it was not long at all and it was well worth the wait. Wish this was on the menu ALL the time“

“It's really nice to see the same friendly faces every morning when picking up my coffee. This morning I had to go into work a bit later than normal and Joelle at the drive thru greeted me with an "I was worried, you're later than usual". This to me says that they truly care about their customers. I don't know of any other coffee shop that employs such friendly, caring people around here. I've been to other Tim Hortons locations but this one, by far, is my favorite.“
