“My good friend and I were in this evening and I am so sad we do not live close enough, because we would DEFINITLEY be regulars!!😭❤️ We ordered the soup for our sides and it was delicious. I ordered the shrimp scampi and the sauce the shrimp was swimming in was DIVINE!!!🤌 Green beans were crisp and tasty, as well as the other items. Casey ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and she was very impressed. I believe our waiter was Kay (I hope I heard her correctly). She was very sweet and wonderful to us. We are traveling to Salem, Massachusetts from western Kentucky and this dinner was a great experiance to kickstart out trip!!❤️“

“I am extremely impressed with Eagle House and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We held a special event there for only eight people, and they went above and beyond to make the evening feel incredibly special. They graciously provided us with our own private room and table, and even allowed my family to decorate the room to make it more personal.

They also went out of their way to prepare the food we requested, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Our waitress was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening.

The entire staff was accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They truly went above and beyond to make our special night one we will always remember. I highly recommend Eagle House for any special occasion!“

“Old Orchard Inn is a bit hard to find even for GPS. Be prepared to not find it on the first try if you have never been here before. The entrance road is hidden, barely paved and rough. Parking is free though. Be prepared to drive slowly when you do enter the driveway. There is a steep upward climb when you walk to the front door. If you are elderly, infirmed or handicapped, a boy with a golf cart will come get you and transport you to and from if you encounter difficulty or simply require mobility assistance. I only know this because I saw it with my own eyes. The wait was a bit long (about 30 minutes). Judy was the waitress; I see reviews with her name from 2012. She must be a lifer. Nothing wrong with that, just an observation. She is in command and can handle any customer no matter what happens. She is a good photographer if you need that service as well. Later she brought more menus and took our orders. Although she is not bashful about giving orders as well. I had the grilled lamb salad. A "hard to get" at most places for sure. It was a grilled half rack of New Zealand lamb. Crisp spring greens, goat cheese, roasted red pepper, red onion and lemon chive dressing. Highly recommend this! The sides are served family style to everyone at your table. We had summer squash and carrots, and herb roasted red potatoes. Judy will not do substitutes! The blood orange creme Brule is splendid for dessert. The restroom was a bit silly. The towel dispenser was hung from the ceiling, also just enough room to turn around in there. So, no need to be concerned about sharing it with anyone, you will have plenty of privacy. There is outdoor seating and a duck pond when the weather is nice. There is also a fireplace if the weather is cool. Certainly, memorable and will never be forgotten. In the event you are looking for something very unique with a flair for charm, the Old Orchard Inn may be just your ticket for elegance, relaxation and fun. Caveat Emptor.“

“Taste Bistro & Coffee Bar is one of our favorite spots in East Aurora. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well presented, and there are so many unique options on the menu that it’s hard to choose just one. The coffee is excellent, and the desserts are always worth getting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even when the place is busy. The atmosphere is also great and makes it a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or just meeting up with friends. I got the chicken fried chicken. It was actually much larger than I expected and was a good tasting meat. I got broccoli casserole that I couldn’t find any broccoli in. It was all breading. The beans and greens were both fine. My family also got onion petals that were great, and the hot honey chicken that was delicious. The cornbread and biscuits were both great. The potatoes were just ok The service was phenomenal. Pleasant, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The only real complaint was that we were sat at the front and were told the table was cursed, laugh, and sit down. We found out why, the hostess ran into our chair every time she walked by. The guests used the backs of our seats and our shoulders even. It’s fine, but not what we had in mind. The cost was excellent. I signed up for rewards and got a free appetizer and a $1 off ornament coupon. I also got a veterans discount. The overall cost for 3 adults with take home, under $70. We shopped a little and those prices were a bit steeper, but it seemed that everything was discounted there as well. I got a scarf and 2 ornaments and paid $20. The service at the sales counter was excellent as well. Great job Cracker Barrel!!“

“After cancelling a 2nd night at another hotel upon arrival because it was awful, my teen daughter and I were thrilled to arrive at the Courtyard. It was clean, parking was easy and the front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The lobby and the rooms seemed recently renovated and we were happy with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located and pricing was reasonable. Would recommend staying here if you need to visit the Buffalo area.“
