“We arrived without a reservation on a very busy Saturday evening for dinner. Seated in a timely manner. Staff was pleasant, courteous and professional considering how busy the Inn was. We were served our dinners within a short wait time. Our meals were served in a pleasant and appetizing presentation, everything was prepared nicely and the tastes to everything was very good. The appearance of the Inn was neat, clean and organized. Thank you to the entire staff for making our dinning experience at the Countryside Inn very enjoyable.“

“We’re from Texas and were told to come to Bar Bill for wings and drinks. We went for lunch on a Sunday that the bills played. Great food, service and the festive atmosphere was great. Ended up getting wings and pizza. Absolutely delish.“

The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well presented, and there are so many unique options on the menu that it’s hard to choose just one. The coffee is excellent, and the desserts are always worth getting. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even when the place is busy. The atmosphere is also great and makes it a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or just meeting up with friends. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and even changed the channel for us on the TV closest to us. The Kobe beef burger was phenomenal! Highly recommend. “We just held a wedding rehearsal dinner here for just under 30 people, at The Hollow Bistro & Brew. Five stars across the board! If I could give more, I would! Carrie is amazing to work with. So helpful, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for us. She always got back to me quickly when I had a question. She's very happy to help you and make things as easy and seamless as possible. The food was AMAZING, and our guests just raved about it, from first bite to days later! Upon finding out the groom, as well as other family members have to eat gluten free, Carrie made sure all of the meat and side dishes we chose were gluten free as well. We chose the roast beef, grilled herb chicken, herb potatoes, fried rice, and salad. The gluten free dishes were a huge blessing for us! Everyone that had anything to do with our dinner was also outstanding, helpful, and kind. We have another dinner planned here soon, and I cannot wait to show the other family this fabulous restaurant, and eat here again myself. Family from both sides are still talking about our rehearsal dinner and how wonderful it was! They are planning on going back on their own to eat. If you are considering having an event here, or just having lunch or dinner, do it, you will not be sorry!!!“

“My 2 sisters and niece came for my birthday dinner. What a treat! The beef sandwich was very large and 2 of us took half home. (my sisters and I are seniors) Fried Bologna, Check. There were so many fries I wish we could have ordered a small senior order LOL. But by far, the the desserts were fabulous! All Homemade. It seemed like a mile high cheesecake, moist brownie delite and Carrot Cake (for me to die for). Service was excellent., and can't wait to go back.“
