“Brick House Tavern is one of the first places I think of when friends want to meet for drinks, casual dinner, or a late night snack. The food is always consistently good, especially the salmon, tater tots, and knockout shrimp, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The comfortable atmosphere and great staff welcome you to settle in and relax at the bar or a table by the fire. If you do choose to sit at the bar, you will likely have the good fortune of meeting Danny, who expertly presides over libations and spreads good will to everyone there. Danny takes the time to talk to each patron and easily makes connections with people, to the point where on return visits, he remembers what you usually order and suggests, or even designs new drinks for you, based on what he knows you’ll like. There is no better ambassador for Brick House than Danny, from his talent at mixology to his genuine interest in people and expertise in building relationships. Every time I go there, it’s like hanging out with a trusted friend or member of the family. Danny has bartended, served, and even has helped in planning several large gatherings that I have been a part of at Brick House. He truly gives his time and attention to every person in the party. Constantly in tune, drink refills seem to magically appear or he arrives to check in. Danny is an original and one of the reasons why Brick House Tavern and Tap is a regular spot for me!“
“I ordered Chicken Slovakia in both salad and wrap. My partner loved the wrap and I enjoyed the salad! The Baklava was the best I’ve ever had! The food was ready when I came to pick it up and the person who cashed me out was very nice! I love the remodeled look!“
“Duff's has some of the best wings. They are the perfect size, very crispy and seasoned well. Every time I come to Buffalo I hit Duff's straight from the airport. They are consistently good. I have yet to find my favorite wing spot in Charlotte, NC. I am still exploring. Duff's and At Eleven have raised the bar on deliciousness. They never disappoint me and have high standards. Cooked in fresh oil, fresh celery and carrots and ranch dressing. The service is excellent. The crowd is managed well whether dining in or carrying out. It gets a bit noisy which I don't understand because I personally am too busy eating to be talking so much.“

Buckwheat pancakes, so hard to find, appear here.Take the extra time if you can and order the apple pancake (big enough to share) or the Dutch Baby. Treat yourself, life is short.“
“I had never gone here before, but I had a house full of people on Sunday during the Bills game and no plan for food. We wanted Greek food, and most Greek restaurants are closed on Sunday- so we happened by this option simply because they were open, and I sure am glad we did! I still haven't stopped talking about it! We got the souvlaki family meal deal and we were SO IMPRESSED. I called to order it and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes! A full dinner for 6 (in our case, it fed 6 adults AND 2 children) in 20 minutes for less than $80?? I was a bit skeptical, but as soon as I picked it up, I could smell that we were in for a treat! The food was delicious! Fresh, flavourful, clearly homemade. We enjoyed the Greek dressing and tzatziki, the potatoes, as well as the tender, well seasoned meats for the salad. The rice pudding was perfect. We will absolutely be doing this again, we plan to add it to our regular rotation for family get togethers. Thank you!“
“It's a nice family restaurant! We went on a Thursday night and it was a little busy but nothing crazy. We did wait a while for our order but it was for a a large group of people. My minor complaints are the waitress never came back to our table to check on us after dropping our food off (everyone has always come back at least once). My husband even had to chase her down for the check. And my friend didn't finish his burger bc it was ordered well-done but it was more like medium well. Prices are fair for down home cooking though! Great selection of cocktails.“
“As Canadians, we love eating at IHOP when we're in the US. This restaurant had great food as always - generous portions and tasty dishes. Server was attentive and professional. Dining room and bathroom weren't as clean as I'd like but we still had an enjoyable experience.“
“We decided to share 3 starters along with individual Caesar salads and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our choices were oysters on the half shell followed by the charcuterie board and duck wings. It turned out to be a great mix of flavors and textures. Also loved the Caesar with white anchovies.“
“Visited from Canada! Our first time here and I think the manager? came to welcome us and even gave us a thank you card, really nice. Food was great! The portions are larger than what we're used to so we couldn't finish it but the kids devoured their burgers. I knocked off one star as we weren't expecting the tablet on the table (we already have trouble with limiting screens with our kids) but I guess it helps for others. Other than that, I will definitely consider going back, there's a lot to explore on the menu for sure! Thank you!“
“It's been a Long time since I've eaten here. My family and I decided to go on a Friday night for a fish fry! They were huge and I was told they were really good. I myself got the Mediterranean salad! Not only was it delicious but the portion of salad and the amount of ingredients was huge and the price was very reasonable. Tonight we got take out there! Very good! Guess we'll be eating some leftovers tomorrow!“

“I took my family of 6 here for family date night and loved it. The portions were good sizes and had enough to take home. The wait wasn't long I didn't care for my 1st order which was some type of chicken quesedilla but the chicken was dry inside and I didn't like the sauce. After a bite I told my waiter I didn't care for it, and instead of scoffing she apologized and asked was there something else she could offer. I settled on mozzarella sticks which seemed to be homemade, so good and the cheese pull ? I'll definitely be back for them.Kid-friendliness: They have the cutest activity menus“

“I love core life. I come here every other day.But I always get Mac and cheese. I always have to look at the Mac tray before I order and many times I don’t end up ordering at all because the Mac and cheese looks really dry, crumbly, and gross. they wait until the tray sells out regardless of how it looks, it should only be sold hot and creamy. The managers need to communicate the instructions to dispose of mac and cheese once it’s not fresh anymore and just make a new batch. The staff is always helpful, but I don’t want to ask them to make it fresh I feel like the workers wouldn’t think they are allowed to.“

“I come here every Tuesday for dinner and trivia. Trivia is awesome here on a Tuesday night, and it's pretty busy then. The general atmosphere is fun, with a sportsbar feel. The food is inconsistent, however. I haven't had the wings, but the pizza and burgers are good. I ordered Philly cheese chicken sandwich, I've ordered before, but last night I had to return it, as it was very salty. The one they replaced it with was fine. Also good are the tater tots, which you can order as a side or by themselves. I also wish they'd return the good salads back to the menu. Service is very friendly and efficient.Parking: large parking lot, with several handicapped spaces.“

The ambience is perfect, and if you are lucky enough to go there, during a rainstorm, sit in the arboretum with the glass ceilings and the Koi pond. Wonderful vibrations. The Wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a full bar and depending upon who the bartender is, your drinks will be from good to very good. This place does not Disappoint.“
