CoreLife Eatery is a go-to lunch spot with a Chipotle-style counter service. The bowls are very large considering the price, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The Tuna Poke Fire Bowl is awesome, featuring quality raw tuna that is way higher quality than nearby places. The rice is great, and cabbage with other salad ingredients make a nice trendy cold Asian dish. The teriyaki chicken & broccolli sizzlebowl is also a top recommendation, and the staff is very chill and amazing. Service is fast, with bowls created in less than 5 minutes. The clean establishment is well-lit with family friendly music. While there are not many vegan options, the menu has quite a few choices, including a good fruity matcha drink.
