First time visited this place. Delicious!!! I would especially like to mention the rice and sauce. Good meat, you can combine ingredients as desired. I also cannot help but notice the pleasant and helpful staff.I highly recommend trying their smoothies.

the service at this location never fails to amaze me. 1 hour for a few bowls. the staff are insanely slowly paced, ignored myself and other customers who had been waiting longer than I had. The place wasn’t busy either. When asked for an update, all I got was an “Uhh” and slowly crept away… very interesting. I understand these are college kids, but the service is ridiculous.

Every time I go to the Transit road location they repeatedly and consistently find new ways to mess up my order. On numerous occasions I’ve been given the wrong meal. One time I pointed out that I didn't order BBQ chicken and the staff members tried arguing with me until a manager came over and remade my food. I also notice that this location’s portion sizes are also significantly less compared to any other corelife location. Today however, I was given uncooked rice that almost broke my teeth, and the entire meal including the chicken was ice cold. Staff then has the nerve to look at you like a villain for hitting no tip. Never had a single issue at the Blvd or Orchard Park locations. Simply avoid transit road location if you plan on properly receiving the food you ordered.

If your new you will probably need instructions on how to not tip when you pay, which is a little messed up. You sit there looking for a tip after a purchase but the tables are always filthy. Ill start tipping when i come and theres at least one table that’s wiped down in the whole place.

The food is fantastic and never disappoints! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem I have is the cleanliness of this place. Every time I go the tables are always dirty and I never see employees clean anything.Parking: There is more parking on the side of the building and in the back of the building.

First time here, it was a lil overwhelming but Nick was super helpful, friendly and patient with helping me pick out an order. Food was very flavorful with healthy ingredients. Very clean interior. I ordered the Korean BBQ with purple rice and a side of Mac, would recomend both. Thanks again Nick.

Where do I begin. I am a 55 year old female. Registered Nursr for 24 years, now Nurse Practitioner. I say this because I can truly understand what it is like to work short staffed, and dealing with the public at times. But on this day the person who called himself the manager came up to my table and threw out my food that I just paid for, literally picked up my food off the table, and walked over to the trash and threw it out in the trash, while other customers sat eating. It all started when after working a long day at the hospital in Rochester, NY stopping in after a gym work out. I stand in line and start ordering as usual with the girl behind the counter. When done I proceed to the area where the utensils amd napkins are. I grabbed my utensils, and some napkins. The so called manager behind the counter starts raising his voice yelling from behind the counter yelling ma,am don't do that! I said do what? He was referring to the already opened napkin holder that hangs from the wall that when I got there was already opened. I said back to him " what are you talking about?" It was already opened. He then came from behind the counter, and slammed it shut again while customers where sitting down eating. I went and sat with my food and started to eat. I didn't like how I was treated by this person who said he was one of the managers, because he done this to me before while I was standing in line again after working and stopong at the gym, he started yelling over the counter ma'am don't reach over the glass. I said I'm sorry there are just no names, and I was just trying to help with pointing. He continued to ramble on, I just ignored him at that time. The last 2 times I noticed this when I was there. So I went up to the counter after this incident, and asked who the manager was. He said he was one of them. I told him that I didn't like the way he has treated me in here the last two times I was there. I told him you have been rude to me each time when in here for no reason. I work hard driving as a nurse back and forth from Rochester, NY and pay for my food with the money I worked for. He said I was rude. I said when? I never talk to you when I order my food. It usually one of the girls that do the orders. The only time I see him is when I show up. He has made a point to let me know he was there. Long story short he came up to my table, and picked up my food and threw it in the trash. The cops were called, and showed up, and my refund was given back to me. A guy like this doesn't belong working in public. He shows no leadership skills what so ever for when in public and is a loose cannon. Service just isn't what it used to be. This is why customers don't want to tip anymore or even go out to eat. That person who called himself a manager doesn't belong working with the public. This guy intentionally made a point when I was there to come out from the back, and watch me waiting to find something to yell at me for. Like with the napkin dispenser that was already opened, amd was yelling at me a customer saying don't do that. Something definitely is off with him.

Got the southwest grain bowl and it was so delicious and the workers were all really nice, but they forgot the cheese and avocado

The reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 1-2 is because I’ve gotten food here a few times and everything was good. I got my usual order last week and it tasted NOTHING like it did in the past. The noodles were so hard and the flavor of everything was just off. Pretty sure they forgot to include a sauce that usually comes with the bowl too.

Beware if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions. They are incredibly careless about preparing orders correctly and the customer service is awful. It’s unfortunate because this was one of my favorite places for a healthy meal.

Was super disappointed. For the amount that you're paying they provide you with such small serving sizes of any meat or seafood that you order. Would rather go to Subway where they are very generous with their portion sizes.

Please stop getting rid of your best items. My go to was the tinga chicken burrito and you got rid of that. Started building my own burrito with tinga chicken even though it wasn’t as good, then you got rid of the tinga chicken all together. Nothing else is as good as that huge letdown.
