“Due to Covid restrictions Jovi's hadn't been opened for awhile. Went on a Friday night. The restaurant was at 50% capacity and every table was full. They have changed their menu, which I found very interesting. I ordered the special of shrimp and lemon ricotta pasta with tomatoes and red peppers $23. I asked for it to be served without tomatoes. When the server brought my food which seemed to take awhile, she said "oh, I forgot no tomatoes." There weren't any red peppers but a boat load of tomatoes. I didn't want to wait for my food while the other guests were eating so as to why I didn't send it back. The 4 pieces of shrimp still had the tails on which I thought was odd in a pasta dish, but the pasta was very good. It seems that Jovi's is working out some issues after being closed due to the covid restrictions. I'll probably give them another chance, hope they're able to get their flow going again.“

“I have been here a number of times. I always get atleast a 2" thick piece of prime rib. I know exactly what I'm getting, warm outside, cool inside bunch of hot au jus! I took our whole company to eat and everyone was delighted and impressed! as always thank you for a great experience“

“We stopped in on a Tuesday because we were shopping in the area and are so glad we did! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was nice (maybe the music could be lowered), and the food was amazing! I had the duck two ways and it was gorgeous and perfectly cooked. He had the enormous pork chop, also cooked perfectly and juicy. Great cocktails and apps as well. Highly recommend.“

“We just enjoyed a wonderful Breakfast with Santa at The Tewksbury Lodge for the third year in a row. Everything was amazing! The food, the service and the atmosphere were all top notch. Our granddaughters, 5 & 3 yrs old were so excited. Santa greeted all the kids as he entered, and then was so sweet and kind to the all the kids as they were called up, by table, to visit with him at his special chair. Each child received a bag of goodies. You could feel the magic in the air and on the smiles of the kids, parents and grandparents. The Tewksbury Lodge has this breakfast down to a science, systematic and efficient while not rushing at all. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas experience! We'll definitely be back next year! “Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

Private hunting grounds, outdoor pistol, outdoor rifle, archery, a private pond, skeet, and good company.“

“Students do an excellent job and will be fine additions to any establishment. Before going to the Sabres game, having lunch with the culinary students of ECC. Pear-gorganzola with crispy prosciutto, Osso Bucco veal shanks, limoncello Semifreddo and fresh bread with garlic butter and pesto. Sometimes I'm hesitant to tell you where the good stuff is, because you have to make reservations and I don't want it to get over crowed as it does sometimes 😆“
