We just left Canal Club 62 where we were celebrating my mother’s 70th birthday. This place was beyond amazing. The food was delicious and the service was out of this world. Kayla was our server and she needs to be recognized as one of the best. She was funny, friendly, and very attentive. We would’ve been happy to have her join our table! But the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant!! Ask for Kayla!
We made reservations on May 8th for a friends birthday dinner on the patio for June 22nd. I received a call tonight at 8:30 pm (June 18th) saying they’re closing early on Saturday for a last minute charity event and they were cancelling our reservations or rebooking for another night. Four days in advance you are calling your patrons to cancel reservations for a last minute charity event not taking into consideration their special event or plans. They’ve lost six loyal patrons.
