“One of the best meals I’ve had in Buffalo in a long time. Tried serveral different appetizers and two main dishes. The beef tartare was some one the best I’ve ever had. The Focaccia bread with prosciutto and butter is a must have. Oysters were so fresh. Caviar and pork belly also amazing. Lobster Pasta was homemade and the sauce was delicious. The fries I had as a side for the burger was some of the best French fries I’ve ever had in my life. Dessert was homemade. I can’t believe I haven’t tried this place sooner. Our server Nick provided top notch service and was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed.“
“The place has lots of cool Buffalo sports memorabilia. Lots of pic and jerseys lining the walls. Our server was so friendly and sweet. We split a few things since it was out 1st time here. Everything was served piping hot. The pickle chips were crispy and crunchy, with a nice dipping sauce, a little spicy but all tasty. The fries were cooked the way fries should be. Crispy outside, mashed potato like inside. The gravy served on the side was not very good. It was clumpy and not very tasty. The pulled pork(recommended by our fabulous server) was delicious, but I bit into a bone that damn near knocked my crown off. The server was very apologetic, and they even removed the sandwich from the check. (kind gesture that not a lot of places would do) The roast beef was good, but it was a bit overcooked for my taste. We really liked the atmosphere and the service, so we'll definitely return. You can't be perfect every day.“
“K. So I went in there today.. and BOMBACLAAAT was the food BUSTING!!! As soon as I walked in I immediately networked and felt an intense connection with the cashier, I have never had a pizza experience taste so good. I also met an avid Fatman enjoyer by the name of Muhammed, who has been going there every Friday for over 7 YEARS! Good lord. The pizza was good though can't lie had the maple bacon wings as well. Very interesting to say the least.. Expect my return with my multiple connections in the future.“
“We had a date night in the area and I had heard of Squire’s so we thought we’d give it a try. It’s a quaint place with a dining room on one side and a bar down the other. We stopped on a Saturday night around 6:00 and the dining room was full so we sat at the bar. Rick was running the bar and we was fantastic. Such a nice and helpful guy. It was a pleasure to meet him. I had the pot roast special with fries and gravy while my wife had The Warrior which was a classic Beef on Weck with 5 wings. I couldn’t have cooked it better myself ! Everything was perfect. After our visit this place moved up near the top of places we like to visit. Cozy, casual and quant place to get great food, great service and a glass of spirits !“

“Food was delicious hot and fresh. Customer service seemed attentive and quick. My only gripe is the prices I ordered a fish and chips lunch and 16oz pop and it was almost $20 bucks lol. Which is a bit steep for lunch. Should've gotten the soup lol. Anyways the fish and chips meal came with everything on the menu that it was supposed to come with it minus the coleslaw which was a bummer and which is why I took away a star. I would recommend them based off of one busy lunchtime experience.“
“Ordered 3 different sauces on wings and some fingers too. All were excellent. Ordered extra crispy wings - cooked perfect. Were attempting to go to a " Wing Trail" establishment but they were closed. This was a recommendation so tried them out. SHOULD be on the Wing Trail list. Service was good, just short staffed like everywhere. Comfortable atmosphere with lots of space, no wait. “It was so much fun celebrating here on Monday. Rachel and Don were great. The food was delicious. Beef on Weck and Wings. We had the patio to ourselves for dinner, which we loved. Good conversation, many, many laughs and new friends made at the bar. We WILL be back!“
“My favorite bar/restaurant in all of Buffalo, for a well-rounded night! I'm surprised it's not a common recommendation on wing lists as their wings, especially the weck wings, are 10/10. I'd recommend going Wednesday-Saturday so you can also get the Candyman pizzas (any of them, candyman style!), and sitting on the Candyman side for craft cocktails or Caputis side for a great beer menu. The section between Caputi's and Candyman has a pool table, dart boards, and a couple pinball machines so it really is the perfect spot for friends, dates, or even just to go by yourself and mingle with the staff and regulars.“

It’s worth a drink or two on a Friday night.The bar was remodeled and I just saw it for the first time a couple months ago.The new owners brought they’re “A” game, with the new bar. “Order a take.out fish fry and its by far and away the best we've had in Amherst/Tonawanda. What a great meal fries, potato salad, cole slaw but the best part was the perfect piece of haddock. Crispy, flaky and moist. My reaction is WOW!!!“
