Mooney's Sports Bar & Grill Reviews
Pedestrian at best but food was good, Guinness pour was average
So cold and the lighting was harsh.
Definitely go here with an appetite because they do give out large portions, especially their Mac and cheese. As far as pub food, it’s pretty good, and likely even better when drunk. Staff were very nice and welcoming during lunch.

Mooney's Sports Bar & Grill is a casual spot that serves a variety of dishes, including overcooked burgers and mac and cheese, which is a popular favorite. The mac and cheese has received high praise, especially the lobster mac, which many customers love. The atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, with cozy booths that make it a great spot for a night out or to watch local teams on the screens. The restaurant offers a wide menu for a bar and restaurant, and the food is quite good with reasonable prices. The wings are a highlight, known for their amazing sauce, and the homemade blue cheese is delicious. The pretzel sticks are made fresh and are tasty, perfect for dipping in the mac and cheese. Drinks are always on point and strong. On certain days, they offer weekly specials like 50-cent wings on Tuesday, which are crispy and delicious. While service can be slow when understaffed, the staff is generally friendly and courteous, with some servers demonstrating impressive skills even during busy times. The food contributes to the clean and homey feel of the restaurant without feeling crowded, though some reviews mention that the bathrooms can be disappointing. Overall, Mooney's remains a popular spot for good food and a fun atmosphere.
