i just wanna say that this was my first time going to a tim hortons and i didn’t know what to get! i asked an employee (his name was gianluca) for recommendations and he was absolutely amazing in recommending me things and he was amazing in customer service. to gianluca, i hope you keep serving customers with that positive attitude :)

Manager sam is perfection! She cares, goes out of her way to ensure guests are happy & taken care of ! Cheyenne the other manager (along with a few other employees) however is NOT a good employee. I get Tim hortons is fast paced & accidents happen but the amount of times I’ve had to bring my coffee back & got told “they dissolved my sugar” is absolutely crazy. Spending 4$ a day on a coffee & are upset with me that YOU made it wrong & I came back to get it made correctly....read full review

Tim Hortons is known for its great staff and attentive service. Some customers have had issues with the scanner and drive-thru design but appreciate the delicious food and top-notch coffee. The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure each order is correct.
