“Nice atmosphere and it's peaceful and quiet. Only downside is nothing to plug your charger in. Unlike the McDonald's nearby, when you get fries, they are hot and stay that way. Staff is friendly and will give you a few perks to your order for your patience (they are understaffed and get overwhelmed with the Drive-Thru orders). Slightly pricier than McDonalds, but worth it if you dine in thanks to the infinite drinks and you can get good deals via coupons or rewards.“

They have so many customers it was 90 minute wait for pickup at 5:30 but earlier in the day it was only 30 mins. The order was ready at the exact time it showed for pickup ! “Picked this place somewhat randomly for the first meal for our day in Buffalo. It was our best meal in a long time! Crazy busy, with everyone working together like clockwork. My wife said her chicken sandwich was maybe the best she's ever had and the grilled cheese was so very good. Finished with a few doughnuts, freshly made when we ordered them The other random extra was our seats at the counter where we had a perfect view of the kitchen at work. “My family came here looking for a place to eat and this ended up being a sleeper hit! This is basically an Applebee's but obviously way better! The food was very good. I could not believe the portion sizes though. With the prices they charge for the food, it's basically a steal. I honestly wish there were Tully's back downstate. “I just have to say what en amazing experience I had. My boyfriend and I ordered for the first time the other night and were blown away. I was talking to a bunch of employees at my office today and we decided to order for lunch. I called to ask the best way to do a large order and the most delightful person answered the phone and said calling would be no problem at all. I spoke with Caitlin and her customer service was outstanding!!! I had a 13 person order of all different things and she was so kind and patient on the phone and we were amazed at how quick the food was ready. “The place has lots of cool Buffalo sports memorabilia. Lots of pic and jerseys lining the walls. Our server was so friendly and sweet. We split a few things since it was out 1st time here. Everything was served piping hot. The pickle chips were crispy and crunchy, with a nice dipping sauce, a little spicy but all tasty. The fries were cooked the way fries should be. Crispy outside, mashed potato like inside. The gravy served on the side was not very good. It was clumpy and not very tasty. The pulled pork(recommended by our fabulous server) was delicious, but I bit into a bone that damn near knocked my crown off. The server was very apologetic, and they even removed the sandwich from the check. (kind gesture that not a lot of places would do) The roast beef was good, but it was a bit overcooked for my taste. We really liked the atmosphere and the service, so we'll definitely return. You can't be perfect every day.“

“Stopped in for the first time last night and I was thoroughly impressed! Nice quiet, quaint, and cozy spot tucked away in the middle of Williamsville. Very welcoming, homey feel to the place - drank pretty much all of the lagers that they had to offer, my favorite being the german pilsner/lager “Pillow Talk”. This beer had the right balance of both malt and hop character.Kenzie the bartender was quick, attentive, and super friendly. She is definitely an asset to the business. I didn’t eat anything besides the french fries but the fries were tasty and honestly all of the food smelled and looked very good. I think that the kitchen and the brewery/taproom might be two separate businesses so that might be something to consider upon arrival but as I said before, the food that I had was good and everything that I saw come out of the kitchen looked on par with the food that I had.My only complaint about this place would be the parking/parking lot or lack thereof. “I stopped in for lunch with my daughter for the first time. The two ladies that were working were outgoing and welcoming, with fun personalities. You can tell the customers love them by how they react when they come in. It was fun to just watch them interact. The food was good. I had the reuben and it came on huge slices of bread with delicious fries. My daughter had loaded tots and said they were delicious, as well. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was too. We only wish this little gem was closer to home for us. We will be back again when in the area.“

“I was here with friends this past Sunday. It was noon, so it was incredibly busy. We waited for about 15 minutes for our table, which isn't bad at all, considering how packed they were. Our waitress came over immediately and throughout the meal ensured our every need was met. I ordered the open face gyro souvlaki, which I've had from here before, so I already knew it'd be good. And it was! The gyro meat was seasoned well and the side of tzaziki sauce really gave it an extra depth of flavor. Unfortunately, my friends didn't fare as well. My one friend ordered BBQ chicken fingers and received hot. Her daughter ordered a side of fries that didn't come out until the very end. It wasn't great, but they were so busy that I'm not shocked. I've always loved it here, especially since it's not your average run of the mill Greek diner. The menu has a lot of great options apart from the standard breakfast fare, which is especially important because I'm gluten free and can't eat anything with it in there. The food is always good and comes out sooner than you think it will. The waitstaff is friendly and the prices are decent. I recommend this restaurant.“

Like a time capsule from the past, the unassuming deli serves up fabulous sandwiches, soups and other lunch staples at unbeatable prices (i.e., a turkey sub with finely sliced - almost shredded - turkey breast and all the fixings for $6. Upgrade to a large roll for $1, same for a bag of chips). You're going to get this meal in less than 5 minutes from when you place it, and even if the line is 15 deep (common between 12:00-12:30), you're still looking at a 10 minute wait max. The small seating area is all that you need and is covered wall-to-wall with incredible Buffalo memorabilia (and not the stuff from Tully's, the kind of personalized stuff you want to walk around and stare at).All this means that you're going to get reliable, fast service, a great sandwich at a great price, and all within the typical contsraints of the office worker looking to grab a quick bite. My favorite sandwich is a regular roast beef on a Kaiser roll with onion rings and mashed potatoes in the sandwich on the roast beef. Try it. It is outstanding!Parking: I've never come here and been unable to find a parking spot. I suppose it's possible, but I've never had that experience, nor have I ever seen anyone have it. The only time that it's difficult to find a spot is around Christmas because they sell Christmas trees ? in the lot; but even then I've never been unable to find one.“
