“Finally went during late dinner hour Sunday night - 3 cars ahead, 2 behind. Placed my order for my nieces, my sister-in-law, and forgot mine. So I was worried about ordering mine at the window at such a busy, but the girl at the drive-thru was friendly, hilarious, and reassuring. They assembled everything quickly, it was hot, complete, and I was on my way.I usually stop by at off peak times so it's always fast and decent - today was exceptionally fast.I tried to call, but it was the fax line - the only listed online number, so I took my compliment here.Keep up the good work - Tks all!“

“I haven't had McDonald's since I was a kid. The fries were even better than I remembered and despite always getting the nuggets I tried their burger, and it was solid. I do miss the theme of McDonald's from when I was little, but the people working were very kind. 4.5/5“

“I got smashed on a slut box!!! Ok, there must be some magic in this kitchen somewhere. I had the blueberry smash burger slut box with the jerk wings. Somehow the burger was not sweet, but you could still taste the blueberry. The blueberry somehow enhanced the beefiness( is that a word? If not it should be) of the burger. Truly amazing. I have always touted Cluck Cluck Moo Moo as the best smash burger in Buffalo, but this burger was better. Truly amazing. Next the jerk wings.... Oh my! Crispy, spicy, and a hint of sweetness combined with that jerk island spice, incredible. Trust me, you do not want to miss this place.“

“Joe was the host and he is the kindest man I have ever been greeted by at s restaurant. Our server was really great, helpful and attentive. The menu was a bit of a problem. There were far too many delicious sounding choices and it took me a minute to decide, but we choose the Crabby Bennie and the Stuffed Banana Pepper Omelet. Yummo!! 😋 They offer many mimosa flavors, so we decided on a mimosa flight, and they were quite delicious. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. We can't wait to go back to try some other options.“

“Saw the good comments and decided to try this place for lunch after doing the Maid of the Mist. It was very good! The burger was delicious. The fries were good. And we highly recommend an ice cream cone for dessert. Loved the multiple topping choices for the burger and found the service to be friendly and prompt. The location itself is a little dated and not super clean, but seating was good and they provide plenty of napkins.“

Our first Buffalo-destination in July 2025 was a "bar" known for their creation of Buffalo-wings. When we return in July 2026, JT's will be our first Buffalo-destination for wings. Large fully-cooked chicken wing drumettes and flats. The size required 4-5 adult mouth-fulls to get to the bare-bones. Scrumptious, tender, moist chicken meat inside a crispy outer covering, hand shaken in unique inspired sauces. Perfection defined for Buffalo-wings. JT's is a must for those who appreciate the best Buffalo-wing experience. Try them once, you will not find their equal in Buffalo ( or any other place ). LMAO! The JT's wings experience ruined our desire for wings anywhere else. Just saying, save your Buffalo-wing cravings for a visit to JT's.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“Tried the Olympic Restaurant once. Our subsequent visits were explorations of a treasure trove! The Golden desert from the trifol on the table (could not find it on the menu) became our raison d'etre at the Olympic. We will open new explorations when we return next Summer.“

“I go to Anderson’s on Sheridan almost every Monday or Wednesday for lunch. I’m a creature of habit and always get the same thing. Beef on weck, hot sauce on the side, large fry. As soon as I walk up to the register, the super friendly staff already knows my order and name! They’ve even carried my food out to my table for me on a slower day for them! I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, food is great, service is quick, even when they are understaffed- nobody is ever just standing around. I’d recommend going to the Sheridan Drive Anderson’s to anyone! And order whatever you want! You can’t go wrong!“

“Absolutely amazing Korean chicken. The dumplings had so much flavour. At first I was disappointed because when we ordered, they had no Bulgogi beef or Cheese corn. I now know why. I can imagine that those items will taste just as exquisite as what we got. I will be ordering again next weekend. Friendly staff.“

“Our family recently visited Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill Niagara Falls and we were incredibly fortunate to have Emma H. as our server.

From start to finish, Emma went above and beyond with her customer service. It was Game 7 between Montreal and Buffalo NHL game and the TV at our booth wasn’t working the way we wanted. Emma immediately had someone come over to help us so we wouldn’t miss the game.

She gave us time to look over the menu, informed us right away about items that were unavailable, and took the time to suggest alternative options. She was also very transparent about any meal upgrade charges, which we appreciated.

Throughout our visit, Emma consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She made sure our drinks were always refilled, asked how our meals were, and genuinely cared about our experience.

What truly made Emma stand out was how she interacted not only with my wife and me, but also with our three children. When my youngest daughter mentioned she didn’t like her drink, Emma immediately made it right for her. My children even commented afterward about how welcomed and comfortable she made them feel.

After having a very disappointing restaurant experience in the USA the night before, Emma completely restored our faith that there are still amazing servers out there who truly care about hospitality and customer service.

My daughter got BBQ wings the sauce has a little tang to them well cooked with plenty of sauce. For being busy they were quick enjoyed my dinner!“

She was so lovely, she had the perfect mix of professional and friendly.
