Our waitress Sara was awesome. We were traveling from out of town and she helped us get an Uber back to our campground. She was very friendly.

Hard Rock Cafe offers good food at a high price, located by a hotel facing the Falls. This American restaurant, founded in England, has friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide outstanding service. Recent reviews highlight excellent servers who are attentive, energetic, and professional, making guests feel special. Many visitors enjoy the lively atmosphere, with some returning multiple times. Guests appreciate the quick and delicious meals, including the two Messi burger and Chicken Tenders, which are highly recommended. However, some meals, like the Kids pizza, have received negative feedback, with one reviewer calling it the worst pizza they have ever had. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. While prices may seem steep compared to other nearby eateries on Clifton Hill, the friendly staff, good food, and vibrant environment make it a popular choice for tourists. Visitors also enjoy the musical memorabilia, which adds to the fun experience. Despite a few mixed service experiences, many guests leave feeling satisfied with their meal and the overall vibe of the restaurant.
