“A hidden Gem of a restaurant. Definately will be returning customers. Fresh, home made, marinated, juicy chicken on a bun. Portion of this chicken was huge as it overflowed off the bun. The seasonings on the fries were so good. Wonderful atmosphere. Owner is really a welcoming, wonderful man. It was great to sit outdoors on their patio while we ate. Our Puppy was also welcomed to sit on the patio. A very unique place as I don't know of any other restaurant in the area that has this high standard of fabulous chicken dishes. Will be back really soon..”

“We were hungry after visiting Niagara Falls and found Rok’s as we drove by. We had the Yang nyum and the Kal Bi fried chicken meals, they came with fries and radishes. I can’t even put into words how tasty both flavors were, everyone enjoyed it. I even dreamt about it for a few days afterwards, it was that good. I live in Maryland and I’m thinking about driving back to Canada just for this chicken!! Come to the US please.”

“We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. At that point my husband and I were getting ready to walk out until Jen came over, she apologized for the delay and service. She gave us the BEST service ever. She went above and beyond ! “I had a great experience yesterday inbetween 5 to 7 PM when I visited with my kids. My daughter was crying for a Burger King crown, and I was busy on my phone. A man wearing a turban, whose name I think was raveer Singh or something similar, noticed and gave her a crown. Despite already holding two bags and the store being extremely busy, he made customers his priority. He also took my order and was very polite. Overall, my experience was excellent."”

“I always get nervous when I go to Tim Hortons with my dad. Why? They never get his coffee right. (2 cream, 4 sugars and do not fill it to the top and add a bit of water) So this morning I said to myself, “here we go again “. He put in his order through the drive through (a first) and when he got his order, he opened the lid and tasted it and I saw the biggest smile on my dad’s face as he said “Perfect!

They were too busy to acknowledge that compliment and told him to hurry up and drive through lol because there was a line. But I was so proud of them. A first in over 20 years. A true story!”

My daughter spilled her frozen drink, they noticed it before I even did while my husband was cleaning up they got her a new one right away without any questions or payment required. So very kind to a distraught little one. Definitely recommend!

Dietary restrictions: They do not cook any fish of any kind just burgers and chicken. No shellfish issues.

“One of the best burger places.We ordered a Angus burger and a veggie burger, both with multi grain buns and ghost pepper sauce. Ingredients were freshly prepared and the burgers were yummy. One more thing I would like to mention here is the washroom was quite clean compares to other fast food restaurants.”

“Typical Mall Burger King restaurant in a nice clean food court, but the food court is in the center of Niagara Falls tourist trap and Burger King’s still charged the same as if it was in a rural mall.

The food court also had free rest rooms, which was much needed after a long walk.

We had ice cream cone, sundaes and a fish meal. It tasted just like back in the US.

Walk past the shops and down the escalator to get to the food court. Don’t forget to go outside to the gardens for the views of the falls.”

The only reason I gave a 4/5 for value was because they charged $1 for 2 things I thought was petty. We had some guacamole and salsa left and no more chips. I asked for a handful more, they brought a small plate (plenty) but charged $1. My daughter is dairy free so asked for vinaigrette for a bowl instead of yogurt dressing. They brought both so my husband could try (he didn't request the waitress offered) but then charged $1 for the vinaigrette. As I said, not a big deal but I thought was petty when the bill was $180 CAN.”

The minute we arrived, we were greeted by the owner (Felix) with some laughs and warmth. You can really tell when someone has a passion for their food and service.

Once in a while, we would catch the owner singing in the back, which was so delightful. We had a simple breakfast, and it hit the spot. The staff was lovely, and he took the time to engage with every patron he had, adding to the experience.
