We visited Turtle Jacks while on vacation. The food was excellent, but two servers that were in the place were not nice and did not want to serve us. Until Jen who was amazing. We sat there for 30 minutes and the two servers kept walking pass us like we didn't exist. We ended up at Turtle Jacks by chance last night and are so happy we did. Our server, Claudia, was super attentive and lovely. She brought our kids some veggie snacks to nibble on while they waited for their food, which was such a lovely touch. The kids devoured their meals (mini burgers, wings, pizza, salad). Great experience. Food was delicious and well sized portions, but the best part was our server Andrea. The friendliest server I’ve had in a while - she was awesome. Would definitely come again when in the area.Kid-friendliness: Our server Andrea surprised my youngest with a veggie plate appetizer!
