Weekday lunch, ample seating. We waited at the door for a while- couldn’t see any staff around and there was no bell to ring. Service was regular. The worst part is the food. The harsh brown tasted like it’s been sitting for several days, very dry and rancid. The sausages also had a bit rancid taste. Thought maybe their sausages were just like that. We got an omelette and some pancakes for breakfast. The eggs lacked flavour and the hash browns tasted like cardboard. Tracy was a great server except when she disagreed that the hash browns were not tough. I ate them, I know. Don’t get the Southwest omelette. They are not international house of omelettes.The strawberry banana pancakes saved the meal. They were banana-flavoured, fluffy and drizzled with strawberry sauce and actual pieces of fruit. The coffee was meh.
