The Mexican was OK with mostly potato (very little meat).

This weekend our server, Brittney, was especially wonderful — super friendly, took the time to chat with us, and even gave us a nice local discount when she found out we’re from the area. “We had the breakfast buffet and the food and options were good, but what made our experience was our server, Suzanne. She was attentive, bright and cheery even at such an early hour and made us feel welcome and comfortable. This trip was for my friend’s birthday but also to celebrate her completing her last chemo treatment and she needed some R&R. Our stay at the hotel and experience at the spa was very relaxing but having our last breakfast here and receiving such kindness from the staff really meant a lot to us.
I also highly suggest going early to watch the sunrise over the falls.“
