“I came here for breakfast on a Friday and didn't have a reservation. They have coffee and my cappuccino was great. The food was decent. I ordered an extra egg, but still didn't feel like it was enough. The avocado was only half of one. The bread was very good. I recommend this place for the atmosphere. It is a great place to enjoy a breakfast out.“

“The Service was great but I will never order the pancakes from them again, I was undercooked and dorothy on the inside. I told our waitress and they brought me a new one and It's same thing, either they don't communicate with the kitchen or the people who cook the pancakes just don't care. Eventhough the waitress has rectify the issue and asked me if I want to order something else but everyone already finished eating so end up didn't get to eat.“

“The owner/chef used to be the head chef at a fine Italian restaurant so all the dishes are good and some are exceptional - like most of the soups from the soup of the day and the breakfast dishes.“

“My boyfriend really wanted to try this place so we headed over and had a great time.

It was about noon when we arrived, and it was pretty empty inside. Since we were the only ones, service was quick. They were pretty friendly too.

I ordered the special which was the BBQ Chicken Sandwich, and my boyfriend got the Sausage, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich. We both chose the buttermilk biscuits for our sandwiches. And even though we chose our own biscuits, we were surprised to see that the biscuit size was huge and complimentary to our sandwich contents. We're just used to tiny biscuits lol.

Anyways I loved my sandwich and my boyfriend enjoyed his. The chicken was good. I'm all about good sauce, so I loved the BBQ sauce. The sauce really tied all the ingredients together. This sandwich had all my favorite things in it: chicken, tasty sauce, pickles, and coleslaw. So it's no surprise that I loved it. There was a good amount of pickles in here too. This was really flavorful, and I enjoyed each bite.

I also threw in a hashbrown last minute, and it was great. It was crispy, crunchy, and had a great golden brown color. Overall, just a solid hashbrown. We loved it.

It was a little small inside and we didn't have much space to put our heavy coats, but that wasn't much of a problem. For a breakfast sandwich, it's a little pricey but in proportion to the quality of the sandwich and how large it is, I'd say it's reasonable.

We had such an amazing experience, food was wonderful and we definitely won't forget this place. Without a doubt we'd come back again.“

“We had an amazing experience at Eggstatic Waterloo last weekend as it’s newly open! The food was absolutely delicious even every dish was bursting with flavor. We ordered the Eggstatic Steak & Eggs, Eggstatic Tomato Jacket, Classic Middle Eastern Breakfast with Hummus Foul Bowl, Blueberry Pancakes, and Belgian Waffle. Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering great recommendations that we truly enjoyed. “Visited twice during my stay in the area. I tried one of their breakfast plates, and then the chocolate chip pancakes - both meals were tasty, freshly made to order and fairly big portions, I was very full and satisfied both times!
I also had nice coffee and tea there.
At the time of both my visits the place was super busy, but the atmosphere was nice and the staff was attentive, friendly and welcoming.

“Nice spot on the Danforth if you want a light lunch. There’s a small patio. Cafeteria style. We ordered a BLT and a grilled sandwich - black forest ham and Swiss cheese. They were both tasty but a little on the expensive side for simple sandwiches. The food was good so we’ll visit again and definitely recommend to others.“
