“My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our cabin dinner experience. The food was delicious and Paula has to be the very best server we’ve ever encountered! She was friendly, efficient and very compassionate when advised I was immunocompromised; she volunteered to wear a mask when coming into our cabin and did so each time. Thank you to the chef for providing creative and tasty dishes we’ve never eaten before. All round, an incredible meal and experience for us! Bravo!“
“We tried a burger and poutine today and both were exceptional! Hot juicy burger, and they do not skimp on anything- SO much cheese and gravy on the poutine. My 7-year old said "this is the best poutine in the world!"Customer service was excellent and genuine. I forgot that they were cash only and when I came back with money they were so nice about letting me add to my order even though they had already started it. As we left, they had everything we could need all in the bag ready to go. I cant wait to come back“

“We had a beautiful dinner here. As a family of four with one school-age child and one toddler, we felt very welcome and we all thoroughly enjoyed the special views of the falls. We made our reservation online in advance, which was for 5:30 on a Saturday evening in March. Upon arrival we were very pleased to have our parking ticket validated ($35 value) and to be seated right by the window with a spectacular view. Since it took about 2 hours to enjoy all aspects of the 3-course meal, we were still there at 7:30pm when the lights came on to illuminate the falls.Our two servers were named Michelle and Cindy, both of whom were extremely efficient and helpful. They made sure our whole family was taken care of. For example, we were given a high chair for our youngest, able to order our kids' meals right away to get them eating first, kids' drinks were served in cups with lids, extra napkins without asking, etc. Michelle offered some great guidance on menu choices. We chose the prix fixe menu for both adults, and every dish was delightful. The arancini and samosa appetizers were each a great mix of different textures and fresh flavours. The lamb shank and pork main dishes were unique in flavour and generous in portion. I found the combination of roasted pork and sausage with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes was delicious, though the sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. For dessert we had a triple chocolate mousse, which was very rich, and an apple caramel cheesecake, also rich and quite sweet. Honestly we were full and a few sweet bites was enough to finish a really lovely meal.We felt the value for money was good. The 3-course meal was $65 per person, non-alcoholic drinks were $5, and kids meals with drink included were $12-$16 each, plus $5 per kid dessert. Thanks to the wonderful service and the special setting of this restaurant, it was worth it. Very memorable and enjoyable!Parking: Park in the gated Niagara Parks lot across the street, then be sure to bring your parking ticket in with you to be validated at the desk when you appear for your reservation. Keep the validated ticket with you to exit the gated lot for free ($35 value).Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and family friendly.“

“We ended up at Turtle Jacks by chance last night and are so happy we did. Our server, Claudia, was super attentive and lovely. She brought our kids some veggie snacks to nibble on while they waited for their food, which was such a lovely touch. The kids devoured their meals (mini burgers, wings, pizza, salad). I had the Nashville chicken and Caesar salad and loved both… though I wished it was a little spicier so I requested some hot sauce and they had fave - Cholula - so I was a happy camper. Friends had the seafood pasta and steak and both finished their plates as well. I was expecting run of the mill chain food but this was quality food with a nice ambiance. Only complaint was having to walk out and through the hotel lobby to get to a washroom.Parking: Parking was free for restaurant patrons! We walked over but saw signs.Kid-friendliness: They have a decent kids menu and provided veggies and dip to keep the kids happy until their food arrived. Such a nice touch. It was late so we opted not to do dessert and they provided the kids small pouches of cookies on the house! As we were leaving, they even let the kids choose something from a treasure chest!“

“Michal was our waiter and he had a lot of facts and useful Canada information. Guided to the best beer and wine selections for local choices. He could be a tour guide. The restaurant had amazing views, good price, and our burgers and wine were tasty. Don’t forget to get parking validated. Will return in baseball season. Thanks Michal!“

“GREAT place to get an amazing view of the Niagra Falls and surrounding areas! If you're visiting the Falls, it is a must visit attraction. It's not that expensive, and the views are incredible. The ride in the elevator takes about a minute. You're almost 800 ft up from the Falls. The tower, the elevators, and the railing/cage were all in great shape, very well maintained, so you have a great sense of security if you're afraid of heights. Expect crowds, it's a popular attraction, but it's so worth it.“
